Yanks head to Toronto with fully vaccinated roster (report)
The Yankees' players are all vaccinated for COVID-19 and in Toronto for the team's series against the Blue Jays that starts Monday, according to a report from MLB Network insider Jon Heyman.
The team has not commented on all its players' vaccination status.
Travelers to Canada -- including MLB players -- need to be vaccinated at least 14 days before entering the country, either with their second dose of Pfizer or Moderna or one dose of Johnson & Johnson.
Manager Aaron Boone recently said that he was expecting the Yankees to have their players available for their first series in Toronto this season, though he didn't address specific players' vaccination status.
The Yankees enter the series in Toronto in first place in the American League East at 16-6, but the Blue Jays are right behind them at 15-8.
