Team to watch
The outfield situation is growing ever-crowded in the Milwaukee pipeline, and the Double-A Biloxi group looks particularly loaded to begin 2022. Expect 2020 first-rounder Garrett Mitchell to get the majority of looks in center field, but last year’s breakout star Joey Wiemer and 70-grade speedster Korry Howell should rotate through that position as well. Freddy Zamora, Felix Valerio and Gabe Holt bring some impressive hit tools to the infield mix, while Abner Uribe -- he of the triple-digit heat -- skips right over High-A to join the Double-A bullpen.

On the shelf
Fellow 2021 pick Logan Henderson (fourth round) underwent non-Tommy John elbow surgery on March 17. He is expected to pitch in games later this season, according to the Brewers.
