AMERICAN LEAGUE EAST

Blue Jays: Vladimir Guerrero Jr., 3B (No. 1, No. 1 in MLB) -- 3-for-5, RBI (Triple-A Buffalo); Nate Pearson, RHP (No. 4, No. 74 in MLB) -- 5 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 9 K (Class A Advanced Dunedin)
The anticipation continues to build as everyone waits for the Blue Jays to call up Guerrero. After going 3-for-5, the 20-year-old is hitting .500 (5-for-10) with Buffalo. Pearson set career highs in strikeouts and innings as he carved his way through the Bradenton lineup. Pearson has made three starts this season and given up just one run, while striking out 17, over 12 innings.

Orioles: Zac Lowther, LHP (No. 8) -- 4 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 5 BB, 2 K (Double-A Bowie)
After spinning five scoreless frames in his season debut, Lowther ran into some adversity for the first time in 2019. The command wasn't quite as sharp for the lefty, but he's allowed just two runs over nine innings and has struck out eight.

Rays: Shane McClanahan, LHP (No. 11) -- 5 IP, 5 H, 1 R, 3 BB, 5 K (Class A Bowling Green)
McClanahan bounced back after a rough start on April 10, during which he only recorded one out. Prior to that outing, the 2018 first-round comp pick had yet to allow a run in the first five starts of his young career. The lefty went five innings for the second time this season and threw 47 of his 81 pitches for strikes.

Red Sox: Michael Chavis, 3B/1B (No. 1, No. 77 in MLB) -- 2-for-4, HR, RBI (Triple-A Pawtucket)
Chavis is officially heating up. The Red Sox top prospect snapped an 0-for-19 skid with a trio of hits on Saturday and followed that up with another multihit effort on Sunday. Not only is Chavis racking up the hits, but he's also homered in each of the past two games.

Yankees: Nick Nelson, RHP (No. 11) -- 5 IP, 0 R, 4 H, 6 BB, 7 K (Double-A Trenton)
Though he had control issues as evidenced by the six walks he issued, Nelson worked his way out of trouble when he needed to, fanning seven and completing five scoreless innings during Trenton's 10-0 victory over Portland. The right-hander advanced from Class A to Double-A in 2018, combining to post a 3.55 ERA and 28 percent strikeout rate across three levels.

AMERICAN LEAGUE CENTRAL

Indians: Eric Haase, C (No. 29) -- 1-for-4, HR, 2 RBIs (Triple-A Columbus)
Haase belted a go-ahead, two-run homer in the ninth inning to lift Columbus to a 3-1 win over Durham. After eight Minor-League seasons, the catcher made his MLB debut last September, going 2-for-16 (.125) in nine games for the Tribe. At Columbus last season, he slashed .236/.288/.443 with 20 home runs in 120 games.

Royals: Seuly Matias, OF (No. 6) -- 2-for-3, 2 HR, 3 RBI(Class A Advanced Wilmington)
A day after hitting his first homer of the year Matias went deep twice for the Blue Rocks. The 20-year-old exploded and hit 31 homers last season, including four two-homer games, and 10 games into 2019 it seems he's ready to post more impressive power numbers.

Tigers: Kyle Funkhouser, RHP (No. 11) -- 6.0 IP, 2 ER, 2 H, 5 BB, 6 K (Triple-A Toledo)
Funkhouser bounced back following a pair of difficult outings to open the season, though the five walks he issued in Toledo's 3-0 loss to Norfolk makes 10 on the season for the right-hander, in 12 1/3 innings. In 17 starts with Double-A Eerie last season, he posted a 3.74 ERA before a promotion to Triple-A late in the season. With Toledo he gave up six runs in 8 2/3 innings over two starts.

Twins: Ben Rortvedt, C (No. 24) -- 4-for-5, HR, 2 2B, 3 RBI (Class A Advanced Fort Myers)
Rortvedt, a second-round pick from the 2016 Draft, hit his first homer as part of his best game of the year. The 21-year-old hit .262 in 90 games this season and is hitting .321 in the early stages of his 2019 campaign.

White Sox: Dylan Cease, RHP (No. 3, MLB No. 21) -- 5 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 4 K (Triple-A Charlotte)
Cease's second start of the season was just as dominant as his first. The highly-touted prospect has yet to allow a run this season and has struck out nine, while issuing just one walk, over 10 innings.

A’s: Luis Barrera, OF (No. 13) -- 2-for-4, 2B, HR, 2 RBIs (Double-A Midland)
The 23-year-old outfielder continued his hot start to the season with a pair of extra-base hits to raise his average to .414. The homer was his second on the year after he hit three all of last season, both coming at Class A Advanced Stockton.

Angels: Patrick Sandoval, LHP (No. 12) -- 5 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 11 K (Double-A Mobile)
Sandoval racked up 11 strikeouts, a career high, in what is starting to become a trend for the lefty. In two starts this season, Sandoval has racked up 18 strikeouts, compared to just three walks, in nine innings. He's also give up eight hits and three earned runs.

Astros: Myles Straw, OF (No. 16) -- 2-for-5, RBI (Triple-A Round Rock)
Straw is hitting .311 on the young season after turning in a pair of singles in five at-bats during Round Rock's 7-6 win over Memphis. The 24-year-old outfielder has hit safely in nine of 11 games so far after hitting .291/.381/.353 with 70 steals between Double-A Corpus Christi and Triple-A Fresno.

Mariners: Cal Raleigh, C (No. 13) -- 1-for-4, HR, 3 RBIs (Class A Advanced Modesto)
Raleigh delivered the big blow with a three-run homer in the eighth inning of Modesto's 5-1 victory over Stockton. It was the catcher's second homer of the season, though he's gotten off to a slow start overall, slashing .189/.302/.351 on the season after posting a .902 OPS with eight home runs in 38 games during his first professional campaign last year.

Rangers: Anderson Tejeda, SS/2B (No. 4) -- 2-for-5, 2 HR, 3 RBI (Class A Advanced Down East)
After putting together a perfect 3-for-3 day at the plate on Saturday, Tejeda opted to follow it up in a big way. The 20-year-old, who went 5-for-8 over the weekend and is hitting .395 this season, has three two-homer games in his career after Sunday's effort.

Braves: Kyle Muller, LHP (No. 13) -- 3.1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 4 BB, 7 K (Double-A Mississippi)
Muller undoubtedly would have liked to limit the walks, but it was still a solid outing for the lefty, who hasn't allowed a run in two starts this season. Muller went 4-1 with a 3.10 ERA in five Double-A starts to close the 2018 season and is off to a strong start at the level this year, beginning the year with seven scoreless frames.

Marlins: Monte Harrison, OF (No. 3) -- 2-for-5, HR, 4 RBI (Triple-A New Orleans)
After going 0-for-8 over his first two games this year, Harrison has bounced back and is 4-for-9 over the past two games. Harrison picked up his first extra-base hit, a double, on Saturday and on Sunday he came through with his first homer of the year -- an eighth-inning grand slam.

Mets: Ronny Mauricio, SS (No. 3) -- 4-for-6, RBI (Class A Columbia)
Mauricio, 18, went 0-for-4 on Opening Day, but that feels like a distant memory now as he's hit in eight straight games, culminating in today's four-hit effort, a career high.

Phillies: Alec Bohm, 3B (No. 1, No. 57 in MLB) -- 2-for-3, HR, 3 RBI (Class A Lakewood)
Bohm didn't homer in 40 games after the Phillies selected him in the first round of the 2018 Draft. However, Bohm's homerless streak is now over. The 22-year-old hit his first professional homer for Lakewood and the three RBIs matched his career high.

Nationals: Malvin Pena, RHP (No. 14) -- 5.1 IP, 3 H, 3 R, 1 BB, 9 K (Class A Advanced Potomac)
The stat line is a bit deceiving and doesn't quite illustrate how dominant Pena was early in his start. The 21-year-old struck out five of the first seven batters he faced and carried a no-hitter into the sixth. However, things started to unravel a bit in the sixth and Pena was lifted.

Brewers: Trent Grisham, OF (No. 30) -- 2-for-4, 2B, 2 RBI (Double-A Biloxi)
After driving in a pair of runs on April 5, Grisham had been help without an RBI until Sunday. The left-handed hitter collected both his RBIs on one swing, a second-inning double.

Cubs: Trent Giambrone, 2B/SS (No. 20) -- 1-for-4, HR, RBI (Double-A Iowa)
Giambrone is off to a fast start and already has four homers this season. The middle infielder has homered in each of the past two games and has also gone deep three times in his past four outings.

Cardinals: Conner Capel, OF (No. 17) -- 2-for-4, 2B, HR 3 RBI (Double-A Springfield)
Capel's first homer of 2019 set the tone early as he put the Cardinals out in front with a three-run homer in the first inning. The 21-year-old later added a double and is hitting .333 through his first 11 games at the Double-A level.

Pirates: Travis Swaggerty, OF (No. 3, MLB No. 84) -- 1-for-4, HR, 2 RBI (Class A Advanced Bradenton)
Swaggerty hit his first homer of the year and the two RBIs brought his season total to three. Swaggerty, a first-round pick from the 2018 Draft, hit .239 over 52 games in his professional debut last year.

Reds: Alfredo Rodriguez, SS (No. 29) -- 1-for-2, 2 RBI (Double-A Chattanooga)
Rodriguez boosted his average to .333 with a two-run single in a loss against Jackson. A hammate bone injury caused Rodriguez to miss the bulk of the 2018 season, but when he was on the field he struggled and hit .210 in 46 games.

D-backs: Daulton Varsho, C (No. 4) -- 1-for-2, HR, 3 RBI (Double-A Jackson)
Varsho hit his first homer of the season in Jackson's 8-6 win over Chattanooga. Varsho hit 12 homers, a career high, in 83 games last year.

Dodgers: Mitchell White, RHP (No. 8) -- 4 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 3 BB, 6 K (Double-A Tulsa)
White threw the first four frames of Tulsa's no-hitter, however the Drillers ultimately lost on a walk-off walk. White has actually been unhittable in each of his starts this season, having yet to allow a hit over seven innings. During that span he's also struck out nine and issued four walks.

Giants: Sam Coonrod, RHP (No. 22) -- 1 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 3 K, S (Triple-A Sacramento)
Coonrod gave up a couple hits, but ultimately struck out the side and picked up his second save of the year. The 26-year-old has appeared in five games this season (5 2/3 innings) and has yet to allow a run. He's struck out 10 and walked three.

Reed continued his home run barrage with a solo blast in the third inning. The 23-year-old didn't homer on Saturday, but has gone deep five times in the past five days and has a total of six homers through 11 games this season. Reeds' career high is 13, which he set in 122 games last season.
