Though Tim Lincecum hasn't signed with a Major League club following his pitching showcase in Arizona on Friday, the list of potential destinations for the right-hander appears to be clearing up.
According to a report Thursday from FOX Sports, the three teams most interested in Lincecum are the Giants, Angels and White Sox, but Lincecum is not close to making a final decision.
On the other hand, the Padres and Mariners will not look to sign Lincecum, also according to FOX Sports. The Marlins, another team that attended the showcase, do not appear to be seriously considering signing him either, per MLB.com beat reporter Joe Frisaro.

The Giants, Angels and White Sox could all find use for Lincecum. He has pitched his entire career for the Giants, making four All-Star Games and winning two National League Cy Young Awards. But San Francisco has expressed interest in him specifically as a long-relief option, while Lincecum wants to start.
The Angels are in dire need of pitching after suffering a rash of injuries to their staff -- ace Garrett Richards needs Tommy John surgery, Andrew Heaney is out while attempting to rehab a partial UCL tear and Tyler Skaggs and C.J. Wilson are still in the process of recovering from surgical procedures of their own. And the White Sox could use a pitcher to replace longtime starter John Danks, who the team released May 3.
