The Texas Rangers are scheduled to play 33 spring training games in 2025, including 31 Cactus League contests. Major League Baseball released the complete 2025 spring training schedule on Thursday.

The Rangers will conclude the spring schedule with a pair of games at Globe Life Field versus the Kansas City Royals, Monday, March 24 at 7:05 p.m. CT and Tuesday, March 25 at 1:35 p.m. CT. Ticket information for those games will be announced at a later date.

Texas' 31-game Arizona schedule features 17 contests at Surprise Stadium/Billy Parker Field, the 23rd spring that the Rangers have trained in Surprise beginning in 2003. The Rangers will be the home team for 15 of those games and will be the visiting club for two contests against the Royals, who share the Surprise complex with Texas. Those two teams are scheduled to play five times overall in Surprise in 2025, the Cactus League opener on Friday, February 21 (Royals home game), Tuesday, February 25 (Rangers home game), Monday, March 3 (Royals home game), Saturday, March 8 (Rangers home game), and Saturday, March 22 (Rangers home game).

In addition, the Rangers will play Colorado Rockies twice and the Athletics, Arizona Diamondbacks, Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, Cleveland Guardians, Cincinnati Reds, Los Angeles Angels, San Diego Padres, San Francisco Giants, and Seattle Mariners once each in Surprise. At the other Cactus League parks, the team has two games scheduled with San Diego and one game each against the other 12 teams.

Following its debut last March, Spring Breakout will return in 2025, showcasing baseball’s future stars as Clubs assemble their top prospects to play in exhibition games against one another. The Rangers’ prospects group will face the prospects team from the San Francisco Giants on Saturday, March 15 in Scottsdale.
