For the Padres, Tatis homered in Friday's loss and is batting .326 (14-for-43) with six extra-base hits and 10 runs scored in his past 11 games. San Diego will start right-hander Randy Vásquez (4.19 ERA in 101 innings) in this rubber match. Right-hander Cristian Javier (6.59 ERA in 27 1/3 innings) will get the ball for the Astros.
