More than 20 chefs from across the country are flying to Arlington, courtesy of Delaware North, to contribute to the All-Star festivities. The most famous of the group is Yuhi Fujinaga, who oversees restaurant operations at the company’s Disney Spring location at EPCOT in Walt Disney World. Fujinaga will be making Asian poke bowls with steamed rice, ahi tuna, cucumber, mango, edamame, ginger and avocado on-site every day of All-Star weekend.
Tik Tok star StaleKracker will also be on site at the West Marketplace at Globe Life Field (Section 106) preparing two of his recipes: Classic jambalaya, during the Home Run Derby, and Cajun Pasta during the All-Star Game itself.
The Marketplace area will also feature South Street Tacos (three tacos per order with a choice of pork, chicken or carne asada) and the Texas Steak Sandwich, which includes the Nolan Ryan Black Angus Ribeye.
Additional new items include the Tejas Cheesesteak (sections 128 and 229) and the Lone Star Frito Pie Dog (sections 104, 121 and 225).
The Boomstick Hot Dog family is, once again, also expanding. The Three Strike Boombox will include a two-foot bed of waffle fries topped with chili, brisket, pulled pork, pico de gallo, lettuce and jalapenos. It will be available at the Texas 24 stand in Section 132 on the main concourse.
During All-Star Week, the Rangers will also debut ADAM, the first robot bartender in the ballpark. Located in section 111, ADAM that combines AI technology and advanced sensors to make classic cocktails for customers.
“Delaware North’s partnership with the Texas Rangers has tried really hard to make this a great fan experience for all those traveling across the country to see what Texas and what the South is all about,” said Delaware North general manager of Globe Life Field operations Casey Rapp. “We’re really looking forward to this event and showing off with some premium hospitality, some technology and some retail for you.”
