OAKLAND, Calif. — Right-handed pitcher Luis Medina had successful right elbow ulnar collateral ligament reconstruction (Tommy John) surgery today with Dr. Keith Meister at TMI Sports Medicine in Arlington, Texas. Medina will return to Oakland to begin his rehabilitation and will miss the remainder of the 2024 season.
