MIAMI – World Baseball Classic, Inc. (WBCI) today announced that loanDepot park, the Home of Béisbol, will once again take center stage for the 2026 World Baseball Classic. As one of the premier event venues in the world, loanDepot park will host games across all three rounds of the tournament, including Pool D in the first round, two Quarterfinal games, both Semifinals, and the Championship Game, scheduled from March 5-17, 2026.

WBCI also announced the pools and schedule for the upcoming tournament, with Pool D playing at loanDepot park from March 6-11. The pool will feature historically rich baseball nations, including the Dominican Republic (2013 WBC champions), Israel (third consecutive WBC group stage appearance), the Netherlands (semifinalists in 2013 and 2017), Venezuela (semifinalist in 2009), along with a team that will emerge from the 2025 WBC Qualifiers.

loanDepot park made history in 2023 by becoming the first venue to host games in all three rounds of the WBC in the same year. In 2026, the ballpark will continue this tradition, welcoming fans from around the globe to witness every round of the most exciting baseball competition in the world.

Following group play, loanDepot park will host Quarterfinal matches on March 13-14, which will see the top teams from Pool C hosted at the Tokyo Dome (Samurai Japan, Australia, Czechia, Korea, and the winner of a Qualifier) vie for a place in the Championship Round. If the defending champions from Samurai Japan advance to the Quarterfinals in Miami, their game will be played on March 14, regardless of seeding.

The excitement will reach a crescendo in Miami with the Championship Round, beginning with the first of two Semifinals on March 15, followed by the second Semifinal on March 16. The tournament will culminate with the Championship Game on March 17, where the new World Baseball Classic champion will be crowned at loanDepot park.
