Say farewell to summer with the Toronto Blue Jays as the club returns to Rogers Centre on Monday, Aug. 19 for the final homestand before the school year begins. With a theme day or promotion taking place every game this homestand – including a fundraising event in support of Jays Care Foundation – there is something for everyone to enjoy at the ballpark.

While the Blue Jays take on the Cincinnati Reds (August 19 to 21) and the Los Angeles Angels (August 22 to 25), fans can take in these fun events at Rogers Centre to create their final summer memories:

  • Loonie Dogs Night presented by Schneiders returns Tuesday, Aug. 20 (7:07 p.m.). This marks the season’s 10th edition of the fan-favourite promotion, and the stakes keep getting higher as fans have surpassed half a million loonie dogs consumed. With four Loonie Dogs Nights remaining, can fans hit one million?
  • The Blue Jays flip the switch to NIGHT MODE on Wednesday, Aug. 21 and Friday, Aug. 23 (both 7:07 p.m.) as the team wears its City Connect uniforms. Fans can also enjoy City Connect themed photo opportunities in the WestJet Flight Deck.
  • Calling all future baseball stars: the Blue Jays are hosting its first Youth Baseball Night on Thursday, Aug. 21 (7:07 p.m.). Youth baseball teams are encouraged to come to the ballpark on this Specialty Ticket night, which includes a ticket to the game and a pair of Blue Jays Youth Batting Gloves (image here). Fans 14 and under can enjoy various youth baseball activities throughout the ballpark and teams are encouraged to sport their team jerseys at the ballpark! Tickets available at bluejays.com/specialtytickets.
  • Handmade by Robots Night on Thursday, Aug. 22 (7:07 p.m.) marks the second Specialty Ticket of the homestand. Fans with a Specialty Ticket will receive a collectible Handmade by Robots ACE Figurine (image here). Specialty Tickets provide fans with an exclusive guaranteed item and experience, only available with the pre-purchase of the Specialty Ticket add-on. Visit bluejays.com/specialtytickets for more details.
  • On Friday, Aug. 23 (7:07 p.m.) and Saturday, Aug. 24 (3:07 p.m.), the Blue Jays invite fans to Stuff the Bus, a new take on the annual Blue Jays Families Fundraising Weekend in support of Jays Care Foundation. The club’s longest-running community initiative encourages fans to help stuff a school bus parked at Gate 6A by bringing new school supplies or purchasing mystery bags of autographed or team-issued memorabilia. Fans can also drop off school supplies inside the ballpark at Gate 9A. Proceeds support Canadian students facing barriers that impact their ability to succeed in the classroom. • The homestand wraps on Sunday, Aug. 25 (1:37 p.m.) with Jr. Jays Sunday. The final outdoor program of the season begins at 10:30 a.m. and runs through first pitch, featuring inflatables, activities, and performances outside gates 5 to 11 along Bremner Blvd. The fun continues indoors at 11:30 a.m., and kids 14 and under can run the bases postgame.
