Nov. 4: Phillies make flurry of roster moves
The club announced that right-handers , and , left-hander and infielder cleared waivers and were outrighted to become free agents. The team also announced it acquired right-hander from Detroit for cash considerations. He has been placed on the 40-man roster. Right-hander was claimed off waivers from the Marlins. Right-hander was selected to the 40-man roster.

Nov. 4: Phillies make no qualifying offers
The Phillies did not extend the qualifying offer to two eligible free agents: right-handers and . A qualifying offer this offseason is worth $21.05 million, and the deadline to make an offer was at 5 p.m. ET Monday. Right-hander was not eligible to receive a qualifying offer because he did not spend the entire season with the Phillies.

Nov. 1: UTIL traded to to Angels for cash
Kingery signed a six-year, $24 million contract extension with the Phillies in March 2018, before he'd ever played a game in the big leagues.
