Mastercard is giving small business owners from four Major League Baseball cities a chance to win $10,000 and a host of additional prizes, including tickets to the 2022 MLB All-Star Game in Los Angeles, as part of its Home Team Advantage Small Business Contest.

Small business owners from Atlanta, Boston, Los Angeles and New York City can submit an entry until May 15, 2022. Mastercard will review all eligible entries and invite finalists from each city to participate in a virtual business pitch before selecting winners from each city.

The Grand Prize winner from each city will receive a $10,000 grant; a trip for two to the 2022 MLB All-Star Game, including hotel, tickets, transportation (ground transportation for the Los Angeles winner, air transportation for the winners from the other three cities) and a $100 Mastercard Prepaid Card® which may be used toward food and beverages; Mastercard Digital Doors Tool Kit and a personal virtual mentorship session with a Mastercard Small Business Mentor.

Additionally, Grand Prize winners will receive a Priceless Experience for the winner and three guests to attend a 2022 game at Truist Park (for the Atlanta winner), Fenway Park (for the Boston winner), Dodger Stadium (for the Los Angeles winner) or Yankee Stadium (for the New York City winner), where the winner will get to throw out the ceremonial first pitch and have a pregame graphic put up on the videoboard.

There will also be four First Prize winners from New York City who receive a $10,000 grant, Mastercard Digital Doors Tool Kit, a personal virtual mentorship session with a Mastercard Small Business Mentor and four tickets to a 2022 regular season home game at Yankee Stadium, plus five Second Prize winners from New York City who receive Mastercard Digital Doors Tool Kit and four tickets to a 2022 regular season home game at Yankee Stadium.

First Prize winners from Atlanta, Boston and Los Angeles will receive Mastercard Digital Doors access, a personal virtual mentorship session with a Mastercard Small Business Mentor and four tickets to a 2022 regular season home game at Truist Park, Fenway Park or Dodger Stadium, respectively.
