Marlins, PepsiCo bringing Local Eats to loanDepot park in 2025

March 19th, 2025

Baseball fans at loanDepot park won't have to settle for peanuts and Cracker Jack this season.

The Marlins and PepsiCo on Wednesday morning announced a partnership that will bring some well-known local bites to loanDepot park during the 2025 season.

As part of the national Local Eats Deserve Pepsi platform, Pepsi is partnering with six South Florida culinary spots -- CAO Bakery, CHURROMANIA, Dr. Limon, Los Verdes, Sergio’s and another to be named later -- to feature offerings at The Change Up concession stand, located at Section 1 on the Promenade Level.

"The fan experience at loanDepot park is built off the energy of our community, with the sights, sounds and flavors resembling what makes South Florida so special," Marlins vice president of partnership development and strategy Rob Gelman said. "Throughout our long-term partnership, Pepsi has been aligned with our efforts to deliver an incredible experience for our guests. Baseball is always better with great food and a cold Pepsi!"

Here's a breakdown of the dates and menu for this upcoming season:

CHURROMANIA: April 11-17
Expect the classic version of the snack and then some for your sweet tooth.

Dr. Limon: May 2-7
Try authentic Peruvian cuisine, including ceviche.

CAO Bakery: May 16-21
Munch on Cuban pastries like pastelitos and croquetas, as well as Cuban-American sandwiches.

Los Verdes: Aug. 18-27
Taste a variety of Colombian street food, from loaded hot dogs to quesadillas.

Sergio’s: Sept. 5-14
Enjoy Cuban comfort food classics like ropa vieja and Cuban sandwiches.

The Pepsi Local Eats program won't just have a presence at the ballpark, as it will also take place at spots across Miami. To discover local restaurants and learn more about how Pepsi is supporting them, visit PepsiLocalEats.com.

The longstanding collaboration between the Marlins and Pepsi doesn't stop there.

On Opening Day, March 27, there will be special appearances by the "Pepsi Chasers" and the return of the Pepsi Challenge featuring Pepsi Zero Sugar.

"Nothing brings people together better than baseball and great food," said Paul Mihovilovic, VP, Foodservice, PepsiCo U.S. Beverages-South Division. "As baseball fans from near and far come to loanDepot park this season, we’re excited to offer them a taste of Miami's best Local Eats, with unique dishes and experiences from neighborhood restaurants -- all without leaving the ballpark. Whether you're savoring a local specialty or a ballpark classic, Pepsi enhances the flavor of all your favorite gameday eats."
