Mariners Launch Fantastic Nelson Cruz Promotion
Bring on the boom.
The Seattle Mariners are one of baseball's most creative teams when it comes to promotions, but they outdid themselves with this one. In celebration of signing slugger Nelson Cruz, the Mariners have been planting fake window-busting baseballs on windshields all around Safeco Field, warning of Cruz's parking lot-distance home runs. Of course, the best part of the promotion is the free tickets included, so that fans can see the man who hit 40 homers this year in person.

It's safe to say that all of Seattle has embraced the three-time All-Star addition.
