CHICAGO -- Leury Garcia left the White Sox 11-1 win over the Orioles on Wednesday at Guaranteed Rate Field in the fifth inning after stealing third base.
The White Sox announced Garcia exited the game with a left knee sprain. He will be re-evaluated on Thursday.
Garcia appeared to jam his foot into the base on the slide and had to be helped off the field and into the clubhouse. Trayce Thompson pinch-ran for Garcia during the White Sox three-run inning. Thompson scored on Adam Engel's two-run home run.
