Soto and El Alfa put their knowledge of each other to the test in a special Newlybros episode in conjunction with Hispanic Heritage Month, which is being celebrated from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15.

The two stars bond over baseball, music and Dominican pride as each tries to guess personal trivia about the other -- from what position El Alfa played in Little League, to who their favorite players were as kids, to Soto's favorite El Alfa songs. Soto and El Alfa talk plenty of baseball during their conversation, including the advice El Alfa got from Edinson Vólquez and Adrián Beltré, and Soto's favorite Dominican Winter League team.

Soto, who hails from Santo Domingo, and El Alfa, from Bajos de la Haina, didn't know each other before their Newlybros conversation -- but they know plenty about each other's work. Soto has used El Alfa's music as his walkup song, and El Alfa is a self-proclaimed Soto fan who keeps up with Soto’s numbers during the season.
