Blue Jays outfielder George Springer haunted his former club this past weekend, helping seal the series win with a clutch diving catch to earn the Electric Play of the Week Award presented by Chevrolet on Monday.

A day after his two-homer game, Springer preserved a slim lead in Sunday's 3-2 win by robbing former Astros teammate Alex Bregman of a game-tying hit for the second out of the ninth.

Thanks to Springer's electric play, Toronto hung on to beat Houston in back-to-back weekend series, and it remained 1 1/2 games back of New York of first in the AL East.
