CLEVELAND -- Cubs manager Joe Maddon liked Kyle Schwarber in the No. 2 spot as the designated hitter in the lineup for Game 6 of the World Series and will go with him in that spot again in Game 7 on Wednesday night against the Indians at Progressive Field.
Center fielder Dexter Fowler will lead off for the Cubs and be followed by Schwarber, third baseman Kris Bryant, first baseman Anthony Rizzo, left fielder Ben Zobrist, shortstop Addison Russell, catcher Willson Contreras, right fielder Jason Heyward and second baseman Javier Báez.
Bryant and Rizzo were a combined 7-for-10 in Game 6, driving in three runs, while Russell had two hits and six RBIs in Chicago's 9-3 win.

The Indians, meanwhile, are making a change in center field, starting Rajai Davis over Tyler Naquin against Cubs right-hander Kyle Hendricks. Naquin made a costly fielding blunder in the first inning of Game 6 and is 1-for-7 in the World Series and 4-for-23 this postseason.
It's the first time since June 30 that Naquin finds himself on the bench against a righty starter.
Hendricks will be making his second World Series start for the Cubs. The right-hander held the Tribe scoreless over 4 1/3 innings for a no-decision in the Cubs' 1-0 loss in Game 3. Hendricks was the winning pitcher in the decisive Game 6 of the National League Championship Series against the Dodgers, holding them scoreless over 7 1/3 innings.
Hendricks is the fourth pitcher to lead the Majors in ERA and start Game 7 of the World Series in the same year, joining the Tigers' Hal Newhouser (1945), the Dodgers' Sandy Koufax (1965) and the Cardinals' Bob Gibson (1968).
This is Hendricks' first start away from Wrigley Field since the regular-season finale. He hasn't lost on the road since July 26, and is 5-0 with a 2.03 ERA in seven road starts since then.
Schwarber, who was unable to start in any of the three games at Wrigley Field because of the absence of a DH, went 1-for-4 with a walk and a run scored in Game 6 and has four hits and three walks in the Series. He tore two ligaments in his left knee in the third game of the season and was not medically cleared to play in the field, so Schwarber has been limited to being the Cubs' DH. He batted fifth in Games 1 and 2 in Cleveland.
Indians pitchers had a combined 1.84 ERA for Games 1-5, but that ballooned to 3.06 after Chicago's nine-run outburst on Tuesday.
The Cubs' lineup features five players under the age of 25: Bryant (24), Schwarber (23), Baez (23), Contreras (24), and Russell (22).
