Bellinger is feeling the White House vibes
The vibes are strong at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue
The Dodgers, the 2020 World Series champions, made their celebratory trip to the White House on Friday morning. The reigning champs looked good -- especially Justin Turner, Clayton Kershaw and Mookie Betts.
There was also reliever Joe Kelly, wearing a mariachi jacket he had traded for with his Dodgers jersey just days before. Abraham Lincoln looked like he was giving it a nice, long stare. He might want one of his own.
And then there was Cody Bellinger. The Dodgers outfielder, as he did during the Fall Classic, seemed content just taking in the moment. I mean, how often do you get invited to the White House? Absorb it, Cody. Take it all in.
A visit to the President's Palace may only span a few hours, but the vibes? Those can last forever.
