AL East
Blue Jays (Surprise)
Blue Jays No. 22 prospect Santiago Espinal collected a pair of hits from the No. 9 spot in the order. After opening the AFL season in a 1-for-16 skid, Espinal has had back-to-back multi-hit games. Cavan Biggio (No. 9) went 0-for-3 but was hit by a pitch and stole a base. Zach Jackson tossed two perfect innings of relief, striking out four. No. 1 overall prospect Vladimir Guerrero Jr. had the day off.
Orioles (Glendale)
Orioles No. 12 prospect Ryan McKenna went 1-for-3 with a single, a walk and a run scored, raising his Fall League batting average to .300. Tanner Chleborad tossed a scoreless inning of relief, walking one and striking out one.
Rays (Peoria)
Rays No. 17 prospect Joe McCarthy laced an RBI single in his first at-bat and squared up another ball in his next trip to the plate before finishing 1-for-4. Logging an inning out of the bullpen, right-hander Phoenix Sanders allowed one earned run on two hits with one strikeout.
Red Sox (Mesa)
Bobby Dalbec, Boston's No. 6 prospect, plated a run with a double to left field and walked twice in a 1-for-2 performance. First baseman Josh Ockimey (No. 10) tallied a hit and nearly hit one out to left field before finishing 1-for-4. He also made a nice defensive play to end the game when he knocked down a hard-hit ball to his right and flipped it to the pitcher for the out, stranding the potential game-tying and go-ahead runs on base.
Yankees (Glendale)
It was a quiet day for Yankees prospects as Estevan Florial (New York's No. 2) and Steven Sensley combined to go 0-for-7 with four strikeouts. Sensley drew a walk, while Florial made his third error of the AFL season when he dropped a fly ball in the first inning, allowing a run to score.
AL Central
Indians (Glendale)
Indians No. 6 prospect Yu Chang went 2-for-4 with an RBI double. The third baseman also made a nice play in the field when he snagged a hard-hit liner to end the top of the fifth inning. Connor Marabell entered as a pinch-runner in the ninth and scored the game-winning run in the Desert Dogs' walk-off victory. Justin Garza got the start for Glendale, and he allowed two runs (one earned) on three hits and two walks in three innings while striking out three. Rob Kaminsky tossed 1 1/3 innings of perfect relief, striking out three.
Royals (Surprise)
No Royals prospects played on Wednesday.
Tigers (Mesa)
Daniel Woodrow continued his strong AFL campaign by going 2-for-4 and scoring a run from the bottom of the order. He's hitting .346 through seven games in Arizona after compiling a .317/.371/.397 line during the regular season between Class A Advanced Lakeland and Double-A Erie. Eduardo Jimenez (2 IP, 4 K) and Sandy Baez, the Tigers' No. 26 prospect (IP, 2 K), both pitched well in relief, and John Schreiber (IP) picked up the win despite permitting two earned runs on two hits.
Twins (Salt River)
Jaylin Davis scored a run and finished 1-for-3.
White Sox (Glendale)
White Sox No. 4 prospect Luis Robert went 1-for-3 with a double, a walk and a run scored, extending his hitting streak to six games to open the Fall League campaign. Laz Rivera (No. 28) went 0-for-3 with a walk. Danny Dopico tossed 1 2/3 innings of scoreless relief, allowing one hit and striking out two.
AL West
A's (Mesa)
Leadoff man Luis Barrera and A's No. 18 prospect Eli White both were held hitless in four at-bats for the Solar Sox, although the latter did drive in one of his team's four runs. Skye Bolt (No. 30) went 1-for-4 with a double.
Angels (Mesa)
Jahmai Jones, the Angels' No. 4 prospect, recorded his third three-hit game in nine contests, going 3-for-4 with a double and two runs scored for the Solar Sox. The 21-year-old second baseman is hitting .353 in the Fall League after finishing the regular season at Double-A Mobile. More »

Astros (Scottsdale)
Astros No. 8 prospect J.B. Bukauskas got roughed up a bit in 4 1/3 innings. The right-hander struck out five, but also gave up four runs on seven hits. Ronnie Dawson and Abraham Toro-Hernandez (Astros No. 21) each had one hit, but Dawson (1-for-3) drew two walks. Toro-Hernandez finished 1-for-5.
Mariners (Peoria)
Evan White, Seattle's No. 2 prospect, smashed his fourth double while going 1-for-4 for the Javelinas. He's hitting .262 with 10 RBIs in as many games. Catcher Joe DeCarlo plated a run with a sacrifice fly and also threw out two attempted basestealers. Ian Miller (No. 20) was held hitless from the bottom of the order. Rangers (Surprise)
Two days after hitting for the cycle, Rangers No. 2 prospect Julio Pablo Martinez returned to the Saguaros' lineup and went 0-for-5 with two strikeouts and a run scored. Tai Tiedemann started for Surprise and allowed two earned runs in three innings. The right-hander allowed four hits, walked four and struck out four. Demarcus Evans took the loss in relief, allowing one earned run on two hits in one-third of an inning.
NL East
Braves (Peoria)
Izzy Wilson hit an RBI triple and also reached base via a walk in a 1-for-3 showing for Peoria. After starting pitcher Jeremy Walker allowed two earned runs on six hits over three frames, both Adam McCreery (2 K, BB) and Braves No. 12 prospect Kyle Muller (K) fired hitless innings out of the bullpen.
Marlins (Salt River)
Marlins No. 12 prospect Brian Miller doubled and finished 2-for-3 with an RBI. He also drew a walk and scored a run. Tommy Eveld picked up his first win, but did give up a run -- a solo homer to Peter Alonso -- in 1 1/3 innings. Chad Smith had a rough afternoon as he gave up three runs on three hits and only got one out.
Mets (Scottsdale)
Mets No. 2 prospect Peter Alonso had a huge game as he went 3-for-5 with a homer and bumped his average up to .298. Desmond Lindsay (No. 11) also went deep and has now homered three times in five Fall League games after going deep three times over 90 games during the regular season. Andres Gimenez (No. 1) went 1-for-3, but he made that hit count as it was a two-run triple in the eighth. Ali Sanchez (No. 25) went 1-for-4, but made a few nice defensive plays as he picked a runner off first and caught another runner stealing. Joe Zanghi was seemingly the only Mets prospect who didn't have a big day as he gave up three runs on four hits in 1 1/3 innings. More »

Nationals (Salt River)
Nationals No. 2 prospect Carter Kieboom hit his first homer of the fall in what was a breakout game of sorts. Kieboom entered the day 3-for-26, but went 3-for-4 and is now hitting .200.
Phillies (Scottsdale)
Luke Williams went 0-for-1 and also drew a walk. Darick Hall went 0-for-5 with a trio of strikeouts.
NL Central
Brewers (Peoria)
Brewers top prospect Keston Hiura ripped a line-drive single to center field, stole a base and scored a run before finishing 1-for-4. He's hitting .310 with a .956 OPS and a Fall League-leading 17 RBIs. Third baseman Weston Wilson was the only Javelinas hitter to record multiple hits as he finished 2-for-4.
Cardinals (Surprise)
Cardinals prospect Tommy Edman went 1-for-3 with a single and a walk from the leadoff spot. He also notched his fifth stolen base of the AFL season. Lane Thomas also swiped his fifth bag of the Fall League campaign while going 1-for-4 with a single and three strikeouts. Andy Young went 0-for-2 with two walks and two strikeouts.
Cubs (Mesa)
Nico Hoerner, the Cubs' No. 6 prospect, drove in the game-winning run in the seventh inning to cap a 2-for-3 game for the Solar Sox. The 2018 first-rounder is hitting .310 with eight RBIs through 10 games. Catcher P.J. Higgins failed to collect a hit in four at-bats. Left-hander Justin Steele (No. 8) was sharp for a second straight start as he allowed one earned run on four hits over four innings. He issued one walk and struck out four. Bailey Clark pitched around a pair of walks in the ninth to record the save for Mesa.
Pirates (Surprise)
Pirates No. 16 prospect Will Craig went 2-for-4 with an RBI double and a run scored. His two-bagger was the lone extra-base hit of the day for the Saguaros. Bryan Reynolds (No. 8) went 0-for-4 with a strikeout. Blake Weiman threw three innings of scoreless relief with one hit allowed, one walk and four strikeouts.
Reds (Scottsdale)
Reds No. 23 prospect Alfredo Rodriguez went 1-for-5 at the plate and is now hitting .242 in Arizona. Shed Long (No. 8) entered the game as a pinch-runner and did not register an at-bat. Ty Boyles gave up two hits but didn't surrender a run in his inning of work. Wyatt Strahan gave up three runs on two hits in one-third of an inning and was stuck with a loss.
NL West
D-backs (Salt River)
D-backs No. 1 prospect Jon Duplantier got the start and although he struck out five, he also gave up three runs on three hits in 3 1/3 innings. However, some other D-backs prospects had big days offensively. Jazz Chisholm (No. 3), Pavin Smith (No. 4) and Daulton Varsho (No. 5) combined to go 7-for-11 with six RBIs. Chisholm, who went 3-for-4, led the way with two RBIs and his first homer of the fall. Drew Ellis (No. 9) went 0-for-4 and Bo Takahashi gave up one unearned run in 1 1/3 innings in relief. More »

Dodgers (Glendale)
Dodgers No. 20 prospect Errol Robinson notched his first hit of the day in exciting fashion, hitting a walk-off RBI single in the ninth inning to win it for the Desert Dogs. Robinson went 1-for-3, and his knock was his first since collecting two on Oct. 11, his first game of the AFL season. Jordan Sheffield (No. 26) notched his first win of the Fall League campaign as he tossed one inning of scoreless relief, allowing one hit. Giants (Scottsdale)
Sam Wolff and Chase Johnson threw a scoreless inning. Wolff struck out the lone batter he faced and Johnson surrendered one hit in two-third of an inning. Matt Winn entered the game via a defensive substitution but didn't bat.
Padres (Peoria)
Padres No. 13 prospect Buddy Reed swiped his fourth bag and finished 0-for-3, lowering his AFL average to .333. Blake Rogers tossed a perfect eighth inning with one strikeout in his first Fall League outing.
Rockies (Salt River)
Rockies No. 9 prospect Sam Hilliard went 1-for-4. Josh Fuentes picked up an RBI and also collected two hits, finishing 2-for-4. Mitch Horacek walked a pair and gave up one run on two hits in one inning. Justin Lawrence (No. 17) notched his second save as he spun 1 2/3 scoreless innings, gave up one hit and struck out two.
