Here's a look at Tuesday’s top performers in the Arizona Fall League from each team's Top 30 Prospects list.

Blue Jays: Gabriel Moreno, C (MLB No. 32), Mesa Solar Sox
One day after recording four hits, Moreno punctuated a three-hit day with his first Fall League homer, a seventh-inning solo shot for the Solar Sox. He tacked on his third double of the season and scored two runs. Over the past two days, the slugging catcher has gone 7-for-9 with three doubles, a homer, five runs and three RBIs. The 21-year-old’s strong play in Arizona is a continuation of his injury-shortened regular season in which he posted a slash line of .367/.434/.626 and an OPS of 1.060 over 37 games, mainly at Double-A New Hampshire. In five Fall League games, Moreno sports a 1.366 OPS and has walked six times in 26 plate appearances.

Pirates: Nick Gonzales, 2B (MLB No. 62), Peoria Javelinas
Gonzales recorded an AFL season-high four hits -- all singles -- and drove in two runs in the Javelinas’ 15-run offensive showcase. It was the third multihit game in Arizona for the 22-year-old, boosting his average to .314 and his OPS to .785, providing a nice bounceback from an 0-for-5 performance on Saturday. Gonzales carried a hot bat into the Fall League after posting a .950 OPS with 18 home runs in 80 games for High-A Greensboro, but has yet to see the power translate to the desert. He is still looking for his first AFL home run.

Rangers: Justin Foscue, 2B (MLB No. 83), Surprise Saguaros
Foscue totaled three hits and four RBIs out of the three-hole for the Saguaros, crushing his second homer of the Fall League. The fourth-inning dinger drove in three runs and increased Surprise’s lead to five runs. Foscue turned around a slow start in Arizona, batting .208 entering Tuesday and exiting the day with a slash line of .267/.421/.586, good for a .988 OPS. Power has been Foscue’s calling card all season long, launching 17 home runs in his debut campaign which included an eight-game home run streak from July 9 to July 25. More »

Phillies: Bryson Stott, SS (MLB No. 97), Peoria Javelinas
Stott joined his double-play partner Gonzales by recording four hits from the cleanup spot. The 2019 Draft first-rounder roped a triple and a double, driving in four runs and scoring two in the Javelinas' 15-7 victory. Stott leads Peoria in all three slash categories so far, posting a line of .424/.535/.636 with a 1.171 OPS in nine games. Although he is still looking for his first Fall League long ball, he has driven in 10 runs on five doubles and a triple while showing improved plate discipline with nine walks in 43 plate appearances. Cubs: Nelson Velazquez, OF (No. 29), Mesa Solar Sox
Velazquez kept the hits coming with a season-high four knocks, his fourth multihit game of the Fall League. The 22-year-old cracked his second AFL homer in the sixth, a two-run shot. Following his productive performance, Velazquez ranks first in the AFL in hits with 15 and boosted his slash line to .395/.489/.658 with a 1.147 OPS. The 2017 Draft fifth-rounder has improved at the plate statistically each of the past three Minor League seasons, posting a .679 OPS in 2018, a .782 OPS in 2019 and a .829 OPS with 20 home runs for the first time in his career in 2021.

Marlins: Kameron Misner, OF (No. 22), Mesa Solar Sox
Misner experienced a slow start to his time in Arizona, hitting .125 across six games entering play Tuesday. The Missouri native broke that cold spell with two home runs on three hits in a Solar Sox loss to the Javelinas. Misner opened the scoring for Mesa in the fourth with a two-run shot. His second, a solo dinger, tied the game, 5-5, in the sixth, going back-to-back with Velazquez. With nine total bases, Misner raised his slash line to .207/.265/.552 with an .816 OPS. In 102 regular-season games between High-A Beloit and Double-A Pensacola, the 23-year-old posted a .788 OPS with 12 homers and 44 extra-base hits.

Padres: Eguy Rosario, INF (No. 15), Peoria Javelinas
Rosario belted his first home run of the Fall League on a three-hit afternoon and racked up a season-best six RBIs in the Javelinas' win. The 5-foot-9 infielder drove in his first run with a first-inning single, doubled home two more runs in the sixth and brought home three on one swing in the eighth to put the game out of reach. Fresh off his best season in the Minors, Rosario set career highs in home runs (12), doubles (31), runs scored (65) and walks (49) while swiping 30 bags and posting an .815 OPS. While he started slowly in Arizona, Rosario’s slash line is up to .276/.323/.448 with a .771 OPS in eight games.

Reds: Michael Siani, OF (No. 11), Surprise Saguaros
While the Saguaros have been raking as a team to start the AFL season, Siani took a bit longer to get going. Entering the day batting .269, the 22-year-old roped four hits, including his first AFL home run, in the Saguaros' 11-2 win over Scottsdale. Siani added a double, two walks, four runs, two RBIs and his league-leading eighth stolen base to round out a productive day at the plate. The speedy lefty endured a tough regular season, posting a .648 OPS in 97 games for High-A Dayton. In nine AFL games, he has rebounded with a .367/.500/.567 slash line, a 1.067 OPS, 11 runs scored and 10 hits.
