The Nationals value you as a fan and are appreciative of your support heading into the 2023 season. As a token of our gratitude for your Natitude, we have loaded a complimentary $15 concessions credit onto your Nationals account.

How to Access and Spend Your $15 Credit

In order to access your concessions credit, you will first need to download the MLB Ballpark app. Once you have downloaded the app, you will need to log in using the same email address that this offer was sent to. Once you have logged in, follow the steps below to access your concessions credit.

  1. Open the MLB Ballpark app
  2. Select the Washington Nationals as your Favorite Team
  3. Select the Nationals icon on the menu at the bottom of the app to navigate to the Nationals home screen
  4. Tap on the Rewards & eCASH Curly W icon
  5. Your account balance will appear on your virtual card, accounting for your $15 Concessions Credit.
  6. To spend your Concessions Credit, head to a Nationals Park concessions stand and scan the QR code on your virtual card at checkout.

Nationals 2023 Schedule

Your $15 Concessions Credit can be used at any Nationals home game through May 31, 2023.

*All unused Concessions Credit will expire, and shall be forfeited, as of June 1, 2023. Concessions credit may only be used at concessions stands inside Nationals Park, during Nationals home games. Valid for use at 2023 Nationals home games during the months of March, April & May. Concessions Credit is non-transferrable, has no cash value, and cannot be re-sold. May not be used for tickets, parking passes, merchandise, Washington Nationals Authentics memorabilia, or in-suite catering. Purchases made using this Concessions Credit are not eligible to earn “eCASH Back”.

This Concessions Credit Program is offered at the discretion of the Washington Nationals, and participation in this program is subject to these terms and conditions. Your participation constitutes your consent to these terms and conditions. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility will be resolved by the Washington Nationals in its sole direction. The Washington Nationals reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. Your continued participation in the program following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes. The Washington Nationals also reserves the right to discontinue participation for any participant who acts in a manner inconsistent with or in violation of local or federal laws, statutes or ordinances, or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting fraud, theft, or dishonesty in connection with the program, as determined by the Washington Nationals in its sole discretion. The Washington Nationals shall also have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including, without limitation, criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion. Participants are solely responsible for any tax liability, including the determination thereof, which may result from participation in this program. All decisions are final.

The Nationals reserve the right to change any and all 2023 access, benefits, promotions, seating locations and events (including, without limitation, location, dates and times) without notice based upon: 1) federal, city, state and/or local government orders, mandates or restrictions; 2) the guidance or recommendations of a recognized health agency (i.e. Centers for Disease Control or the World Health Organization); 3) the ongoing developments of the COVID-19 pandemic; and 4) any other reason as determined by the Nationals and/or Major League Baseball in their sole discretions.
