Adam Hoyt

Adam joined the Nationals in 2019 as the team began their memorable championship season. Originally from Columbus, OH, Adam moved to Washington, DC to pursue a career in the sports industry, working across marketing, corporate partnerships, and business development for the Washington Commanders (NFL), D.C. United (MLS), and most recently for Positive Coaching Alliance. Adam is an alumnus of the University of Mount Union's prestigious sport business program. In addition to sports, Adam has a passion for supporting the DC community as a mentor with the Nationals Youth Baseball Academy, serving as an elected Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner, and fostering animals in need through the Humane Rescue Alliance.

Emily Renninger

Originally from Orwigsburg, PA, Emily grew up playing multiple sports which led to pursuing a career in the industry. Emily is an alumnus of York College of Pennsylvania, where she majored in sport management and minored in business management and marketing. After graduating in May of 2021, she joined the Washington Nationals as an Inside Service Representative. After 3 months with the team, she was promoted as an Account Executive, Membership Services where she spent two years cultivating her relationships with her clientele. She prides herself on connecting and understanding her client’s needs to help create the best experiences for them here at Nationals Park.

A D.C. area native from Bethesda, MD, Aaron graduated from the University of Miami and advanced his sales career during his time in the Nationals Inside Sales program in 2015-16. Rejoining the department in October 2023 after working in collegiate athletics with the University of Maryland and University of Connecticut, Aaron combines his passion for the District with his love for building relationships with Nationals fans & local businesses to enhance their experiences at the ballpark.

Firmly rooted in the DMV area, Jason was born and raised in Heathsville, VA and attended James Madison University, graduating in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Recreation Management. Starting with the Nationals in July of 2021 in Inside Sales, Jason worked his way through the Account Executive program, and onto the Premium Team, garnering years of experience creating perfectly tailored experiences for baseball fans at Nationals Park.
