Important Pit and Field Ticket Information

  • Once gates open at 10:30 a.m., Field and Pit ticket holders must pick up their wristbands at the Home Plate Tailgate inside of Nationals Park in order to access the field. (Map below).
  • All guests must be present at the time of redemption, you will not be allowed to pick up wristbands for other guests.
  • All PIT and Field wristband ticket holders must be wearing a wristband to enter the field.
  • All six of our gates (Home Plate, Left Field, Right Field, Center Field, First Base, and the Media and Suites entrance) are scheduled to open at 10:30 a.m. The Media and Suites entrance will only be open to Suite ticket holders.
  • The fastest way to access the field is by using the aisles on the first and third base side of the stadium.

Important Reminders

BEFORE THE SHOW

  • Tickets: All Seating Bowl, PIT, and Field tickets for this event are available exclusively in the Ticketmaster app. All Suite and Parking tickets for this event are available exclusively in the MLB Ballpark App. All tickets are digital, so please log in with the email address you purchased your tickets with. Visit nats.com/hfstival to purchase additional tickets. (Paper tickets purchased the 930 box office and the Nationals Box office will be acceptable for entry).
  • Bag Policy: Any bag larger than a 5”x 7”x 3/4” clutch must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC. No backpacks of any kind are permitted. Fans with diaper or medical bags may use ADA/Family lanes at the Center Field and Home Plate gates. Please see the Nationals Park Bag Policy at nats.com/bagpolicy for specific details
  • Binbox: In the event you cannot bring in an item (e.g. sign or bag), there will be Binbox positioned outside Right Field gate and Home Plate gate; they will be in position at 10:00 a.m. and will remain in position until one hour after the concert concludes. Security personnel will be in position at both Binbox locations, and Binbox staff will be onsite at each location to troubleshoot any website/app issues for purchases.
  • Gates and Show Times: Gates open at approximately 10:30 a.m. The show starts at 12:00 p.m. Times are all subject to change. There will be no re-entry for this event.
  • Box Office: Located on N St. SE, to the left of the Center Field Gates, the Main Box Office will open at 9:30 a.m. Windows 1-8 at the Main Box Office will be open to assist ticket buyers. Third-party will-calls WILL NOT be accepted for this event.
  • Food & Drink: No outside food or beverages will be allowed except for one clear, factory-sealed, or empty plastic water bottle no larger than 1 liter. Only one water bottle per person will be permitted. Other approved items are juice boxes, insulin containers, and baby food.
  • Photo/Video Policy: Professional cameras with detachable lenses, GoPros, drones, professional recording devices, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are not allowed.
  • Check the weather and dress appropriately:This is a rain-or-shine event. Small purse umbrellas will be allowed inside the ballpark. For specific sizing details, please visit nats.com/bagpolicy.
  • Supervised Children Policy: Children below the age of 14 will NOT be permitted to enter Nationals Park unsupervised. A responsible person 16 or older MUST accompany children below the age of 14. For more information on our policy, please click HERE.

GETTING TO THE PARK

  • Road Closures and Drop Off: Please consider using rideshare options. Half Street between M and N St. and N St. between First St. SE and South Capitol St. will be closed to vehicular traffic beginning at 9:30 a.m. Please do not drop off or pick up anyone on South Capitol St. This is a busy highway, and stopping on this road is illegal and dangerous for you and your passengers. Suggested drop off/pick up locations: N St. SE and New Jersey Ave. SE, L St. SE between First St. SE and New Jersey Ave. SE and M St. NW and Half St. SW.
  • Parking: Nationals-managed parking lots/garages will open at 10:00 a.m. Please note that no overnight parking will be available: all guests are expected to be out of the garage within an hour after the show concludes. All ADA parking spots are first come first serve.
  • It is highly suggested that parking is purchased ahead of time. Drive-up parking is subject to availability and not guaranteed, please click HERE to purchase a parking pass.
  • Driving Directions: Please click HERE for driving directions.
  • Plan your trip:We want attendees to be able to enjoy the entire show, so we encourage you to check Metro’s WEBSITE for up-to-date information. Metro hours will not be extended for this concert, so please plan accordingly.
  • Gate Entry: There are six major gates/entrances (Home Plate, Left Field, Right Field, Center Field, First Base, and the Media and Suites entrance) at Nationals Park. The Media and Suites entrance will only be open for Suite Ticket Holders. Avoid long lines at the Center Field Gate entrance by using the other gates.
  • Club Access: The only club that will be open is the FIS Champions Club for ticket holders for those seats, PNC Diamond Club and Terra Club will be closed. Please note, that food & beverage is not included when purchasing club tickets during concert events. For access to these sections, please use the staircase at sections 119 and 128.
  • Wheelchair Service: In-park wheelchair service will be offered during the concert. Guest requiring wheelchair service may request one from any Guest Experience representative at the Ballpark. For more information and other accessibility details, please visit nats.com/accessibility.

DURING THE SHOW

  • Prohibited Items: Please review the list of prohibited items outlined under our Guest Conduct Policy, click HERE.
  • Only people with PIT and Field tickets and wristbands indicating field/pit access are allowed on the field - no exceptions.
  • Please note the foul ball netting stays up during concerts. The Washington Nationals Baseball Club may expand its use of netting. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted. For more information, visit nationals.com/netting.
  • Report problems immediately: If you need assistance, please contact a Nationals Park team member or use the Guest Text Messaging system by texting "NATS" along with a brief description of the issue and the location to 202-980-4357.
  • Lights and Strobes: Please be aware that this show includes moving and blinking lights (i.e. strobes, lasers, motion lighting).
  • Keep aisles clear: For your safety and the safety of those around you, we ask that you keep the aisles clear.
  • Do not stand on seats: Standing on seats is very dangerous and is not permitted.
  • Banners and signs: No signs larger than 11’’ x 17’’ or signs that are on sticks or poles. No signs that display profanity, objectionable images, political wording or images
