Step 3: Select desired Postseason Strip location.
Step 4: Sign in to your account by using your Season Ticket Member login information, that you use to access the Ballpark app.
Step 5: Complete payment information.
Step 6: Purchase tickets.

STM Postseason Payment Information
- Postseason strips can be secured by making a 50% deposit at the time of purchase or paying for the Postseason strips in full. If securing Postseason strips via a 50% deposit, the additional 50% balance will be charged when the team secures a spot in the 2024 American League Championship Series.
- If at least one 2024 Postseason game is played at Progressive Field, any monies remaining from un-played games will be conveniently credited towards your 2025 Season Ticket Membership. If no Postseason games are played, all Postseason strip funds will be returned to the payment form used for the deposit/purchase.

Postseason Ticket Reselling Policy
Tickets acquired through these offers are intended to be used by you, your family, friends, and/or members of your Season Ticket group. All tickets acquired through these offers will be closely monitored, and abuses may result in the termination of the revocable license granted by the Cleveland Guardians to use the ticket(s), cancellation of tickets for future games/series, as well as exclusion from future offers and presales.
