What is the difference between a Special Ticket Package and a promotional item/gate giveaway?

  • Special Ticket Packages are specific tickets for select games throughout the season with designated seating locations that include a limited-edition promotional item. These items are ONLY guaranteed to fans that purchase the Special Ticket Package. Fans must purchase their Special Ticket Packages via cleguardians.com/specials. Purchasers must show their valid Special Ticket Package ticket at a designated location to pick up their items.
  • Guardians promotions/gate giveaways do not require a Special Ticket purchase. Promotional items are distributed to a limited number of fans upon entry into the ballpark (ex. 10,000 fans, 15,000 fans, etc.). Tickets can be purchase online, at the Team Store or at the Progressive Field Box Office.

How do I purchase a Special Ticket Package?

  • Special Ticket Packages must be purchased through cleguardians.com/specials; orders placed through other webpages will not receive the limited-edition item.
    • Purchasers cannot use the Special Ticket Package promo code on other web pages.
  • Starting February 16: Select the Special Ticket Package you’d like to purchase and click the BUY NOW button. Follow the prompts to select and purchase your seats.
  • Special Ticket Packages cannot be purchased at the Box Office or over the phone.

If I have purchased a regular game ticket for the same game a Special Ticket Package is available, will I be able to receive the promotional item?

  • No; items will only be distributed to fans who have purchased Special Ticket Packages. Fans must present their valid Special Ticket Package ticket in order to receive the item. Fans who purchased a regular game ticket will not receive the item.

How will I receive my Special Ticket Package promotional item?

  • You will receive an email before the game with detailed information of where and when to pick up your item.
  • On the day of the game, bring your Special Ticket Package ticket to the designated redemption area located on the main concourse across from the Terrace Club lobby. Guardians staff will scan your ticket to verify you have purchased a Special Ticket Package and give you the item.
  • You must present your Special Ticket Package ticket to receive the item.
  • The redemption table will be open until one (1) hour after the first scheduled pitch.
  • Limit one item per person per Special Ticket Package ticket.

If I have purchased multiple Special Ticket Packages, can I pick up items for the other members of my group?

  • Each member of your party must be present and show a valid ticket in order to redeem their Special Ticket Package and receive the limited-edition item.
  • Limit one item per person per Special Ticket Package ticket.

I am interested a Special Ticket Package that includes a sized item (t-shirt). How do I select my size?

  • There are two ways to select your size based on how you select your tickets.
  • To select your tickets using the seat map, click on your desired section, then select your preferred seats. The selected seats will show up on the right hand side of your screen and will show both your seat location as well as the item included. There will be a red edit pencil that you can click on to select your preferred shirt size (adult medium or adult XL).
  • To select your tickets by section, click on your preferred section. The selected section will show up on the right hand side of your screen; click to expand this section to see the item and sizes available. Adjust the number to the left of the item name to select how many tickets you are purchasing with that size item.

I purchased a Special Ticket Package with a sized item, can I exchange sizes?

  • No; unfortunately, there is not additional inventory to exchange items for alternate sizes. Fans will receive the size indicated on their ticket.

Can I exchange my game tickets for a Special Ticket Package?

  • Special Ticket Packages are only available online at cleguardians.com/specials. Please contact Guardians Fan Services at 216.420.HITS with any questions.

Can I purchase a Special Ticket Package at the Guardians Box Office or Team Store?

  • No; special Ticket Packages are online only and are available at cleguardians.com/specials. They cannot be purchased at the Box Office or Team Store.

Can I purchase a Special Ticket Package on the day of the game?

  • Special Ticket Package sales will cut off at 12:00 a.m. on the day of the game.
  • Special Ticket Packages are only available while supplies last and may sell out in advance of the game.

Can I redeem my Flex Voucher Plan vouchers for Special Ticket Packages?

  • No; Flex Voucher Plans cannot be used to obtain Special Ticket Packages.

Where are Special Ticket Package tickets located?

  • Special Ticket Package tickets are available in designated locations throughout the ballpark, except Standing Room Only tickets. Tickets and locations are subject to availability.

Can Special Ticket Packages be combined with other ticket offers like the District Ticket?

  • No; Special Ticket Packages cannot be combined with any other ticket offers including, but not limited to, District Tickets, Kids Tickets, Family Value Packs, College Student Offers, Military Offers or Six Packs.

How many Special Ticket Packages can I purchase?

  • You can purchase up to eight (8) Special Ticket Packages in a single transaction.

I am a Season Ticket Member. Are Special Ticket Package items included in my plan?

  • No; Special Ticket Package items are not included in season ticket plans. Please contact your Account Representative to inquire about securing these items.

I am a Season Ticket Member. Am I able to get the limited-edition items included in Special Ticket Packages?

  • Yes; Season Ticket Members are able to get the items included in Special Ticket Packages. Please contact your Account Representative to inquire about securing these items.

Can I electronically forward or resell my Special Ticket Package tickets?

  • Special Ticket Package tickets can be forwarded to other ticket holders; however, tickets cannot be resold.
  • Tickets purchased via a third-party ticket retailer will include tickets only and will not include the item. Only Special Ticket Package tickets purchased on cleguardians.com/specials will be eligible to receive the limited-edition item.

What happens if the game is delayed or cancelled? Will my Special Ticket Package be rescheduled?

  • If the game is delayed or cancelled after gates open to the public, the Special Ticket Package redemption will take place as scheduled.
  • If the game is delayed or cancelled before gates open to the public, the Special Ticket Package ticket and item will move to the rescheduled game.

I purchased a Special Ticket Package. Will I receive a voucher or coupon for the item?

  • No; Special Ticket Packages look just like regular tickets. The barcode indicates that you have purchased a package and should receive an item. You will not receive a separate voucher or coupon.

I purchased a Special Ticket Package but was unable to pick up my item by the designated times. Will I still be able to get the item?

  • Special Ticket Package items are not guaranteed if not picked up within one (10 hour after the scheduled first pitch. If you are unable to pick up your item by this time, visit the Lower Fan Services, located behind Section 153, to pick up your item before the end of the game.
  • If you are unable to pick up your item prior to the end of the game, please call Fan Services at 216.420.HITS and, if supply allows, we will make arrangements for you to pick up the item at a later date.

I purchased a Special Ticket Package, but I am no longer able to attend the game. Will I still be able to get the Special Ticket Package item?

  • Special Ticket Package items are not guaranteed if not picked up on the day of the game. If you are unable to attend, please call Fan Services at 216.420.HITS and, if supply allows, we will make arrangements for you to pick up the item at a later date.
  • Special Ticket Package items will not be mailed.
