This Fan Information Guide is designed to inform you of all that the Cleveland Guardians and Progressive Field have to offer for the current season. The information is presented in alphabetical order for your ease of use. Enjoy the season!
A
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating must be requested at the time or purchase and is subject to availability. Wheelchair spaces are available throughout the ballpark. All of these spaces have combination of companion seating adjacent to the wheelchair space. Wheelchairs are available at all gates on a first come, first serve basis. They are provided as transportation to guests with disabilities or limited mobility and may not be kept during the ballgame.
Seats at the end of the row that do not have an armrest on the side nearest the steps provide easy access for those guests with mobility impairments and are available at the following locations: Field Box, Lower Box, View Box, Lower Reserved, Family Deck, Bleachers, Upper Box, Upper Reserved and Upper Reserved General Admission. Seats for persons with visual impairments are available behind the screened area of the ballpark.
Action Sports Equipment
Items such as skate boards, roller blades, etc. are not permitted in Progressive Field.
Aerosol Cans
Items that contain contents under pressure (to include spray on sunscreen, pepper spray, etc.) are prohibited from entry to Progressive Field.
Alcohol
No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted in Progressive Field. Locations to purchase your favorite beer or spirits can be found on the MLB Ballpark app.
Anthem Singers
Anyone interested in auditioning to perform the National Anthem at Progressive Field can email [email protected] with a demo of past performances.
ATMs
Effective at the start of the 2024 season, Progressive Field will be a cashless venue. All purchases inside the ballpark must be made with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Guards Mobile Wallet. Additionally, and at no charge, fans will be able to convert cash to a prepaid card via reverse ATM machines that can be used for purchases inside and outside the ballpark. These will be located near Lower and Upper Level Fan Services (behind sections 153 and 572), the left field gate and right field neighborhood area.
Autographs
Players may sign autographs and take pictures at their discretion during warmups along the third base line prior to the game starting.

Baby / Toddler Tickets
Children who have not yet reached their third birthday do not need a ticket to enter Progressive Field. They must be seated on a parent or guardian's lap.
Bags
Fans are permitted to bring manufactured diaper bags, medical bags, clutches, and small bags not exceeding 16”x16”x8”.
Beer & Alcohol
All fans who appear to be 30 years of age or younger will be required to show valid identification -Driver's License, State ID Card, Passport or Military ID- before purchasing alcoholic beverages. If there is doubt regarding the validity of the identification, the fan will not be served. Fans many only purchase 2 alcoholic beverages per person, per transaction from a concession stand or vending in the seats. Sales from these sources will discontinue at the end of the seventh inning or three hours after the scheduled first pitch. However, alcoholic beverages can be purchased in the Corner Bar, Home Plate Club, Great Lake Brewery bar and in premium areas until the end of the game. At the discretion of management, the sale of an alcoholic beverage can be stopped at any time. No alcohol or illegal drugs may be brought into the gates. Anyone seen breaking the law will be subject to immediate ejection and criminal prosecution.
Bottled Water Policy
Fans entering Progressive Field are allowed to bring a single, clear, factory sealed bottle of water that is 20oz or less through the gates. Empty plastic water bottles are also allowed.
Box Office
Due to renovations of the ballpark, the Box Office will no longer be an option for fans to purchase tickets. All tickets need to be purchased digitally.
Break In Play
To minimize disruption to our seated guests, the Guardians request that whenever feasible, fans with tickets in the lower bowl (sections 103-185) return to their seats between batters, while a pitching change is occurring or during a mound visit. Ushers will assist in this process.

Cameras
Guests may bring cameras with them. However, camera equipment to include tripods, selfie sticks, monopods, lenses larger than 6 inches when fully extended and camera bags are not permitted.
Cashless

Additionally, and at no charge, fans will be able to convert cash to a prepaid card via reverse ATM machines that can be used for purchases inside and outside the ballpark. These will be located near Lower and Upper Level Fan Services (behind sections 153 and 572), the left field gate and right field neighborhood. Please note that prices at Progressive Field do not include sales tax.
Cash Ticket Sales

Children's Seat Location Wristbands
Young children may obtain a free ID wristband personalized with their seat location. Wristbands are available for all home games at Fan Services, Section 153 in the Main Concourse and Section 550 of the Upper Concourse.
Concealed Weapons
Off-duty law enforcement officers are permitted to bring their firearm into the ballpark, provided they follow the below procedure:
1. Declare self and request to speak with a Cleveland Police Department representative at the gate or Security Supervisor.
2. Present proper identification showing they are a current law enforcement officer, or retired law enforcement officer with the authority to carry a weapon. Acceptable forms of identification include a badge or ID card.
3. Cleveland Police will provide the off-duty or retired law enforcement officer further instructions on Progressive Field concealed carry procedure.
Permission is granted at the discretion of the Cleveland Police Department. Some individuals, including retired law enforcement, may be refused entry if CPD determines it is not in the fans’ best interest. (Any conflicts will be resolved at the discretion of the CPD OIC)
Private Citizens with concealed carry permits ARE NOT permitted to bring their weapons (guns, knives, etc.) into Progressive Field, and will be turned away immediately and their attempted entry logged into the incident reporting system. Toy guns and swords are also prohibited.
Concierge Desk
The concierge desk is located outside the Discount Drug Mart Club and is staffed by a Guardians employee during home games who can assist fans with any questions. On the main concourse, the Fan Services Center is located behind section 153 and behind section 550 in the upper deck with team members that are able to assist.
Concessions
Delaware North Companies, the exclusive concessionaire at the ballpark, provides a diverse menu throughout the ballpark. Concession maps can be found in the Ballpark app.
Coolers
Hard sided coolers are not permitted in Progressive Field.
Corner Bar
The Corner Bar is a two-story bar that has nearly 40 beers on tap including local and craft beers. A digital ‘Hometown Brews’ beer wall that lets you choose the type and quantity of beer you want, and then pour your own. The lower-level has a climate controlled interior with floor-to-ceiling retractable glass walls.

Dietary Needs
We are committed to a positive fan experience at Progressive Field and are aware that some of our fans have food allergies and/or food sensitivities. Because of the complexities of our menus, food content and food processing at Progressive Field, we are unable to guarantee that any item can be completely free of allergens.
We will continue our policy of attempting to accommodate requests for allergy free products at our stands when such products are part of our product inventory. We ask our manufacturers to provide us with notice of any alteration in their ingredients, however, we cannot guarantee compliance.
We strongly encourage fans with any allergies or food sensitivities to bring food from home to the ball game to maximize a safe dining experience. Soft-sided coolers are permitted into the ballpark, subject to inspection.
If you have additional dietary questions or concerns while at the ballpark, please ask for a concession manager at any concession stand or at the Fan Service Center in section 153. If you need additional information before you get to the ballpark, please contact Fan Services at 216-420-HITS.
Disabilities
Progressive Field has complied with the rules and regulations of the American Disabilities Act. The Cleveland Guardians work closely with the Cuyahoga County Commissioners Advisory Committee on persons with disabilities, making Progressive Field more accessible. Seating, rest rooms, telephones, concessions stands, and drinking fountains have been planned to provide comfortable access.
Discount Drug Mart Club
The Discount Drug Mart Club Lounge Seats feature an all-inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverage experience. The cost of the ticket includes all of our food stations and unlimited sodas. The Brew Kettle bar has a large selection of draft, bottled and canned beers as well as a full line of liquors and daily drink specials available for purchase. The Discount Drug Mart Club offers great views of the game either from your seat, drink rails or our many flat screen TVs throughout the area.
District Ticket
Grab some friends and catch a game at The Corner, our two-story bar in right field. And with the District Ticket presented by Miller Lite, the first drink is on us! For $15, you'll get a standing room ticket with your first 12 oz. domestic beer (for those age 21 and over), Pepsi or bottled water included. Visit CleGuardians.com/districtticket for more details.
Donation Policy
Non-profit agencies and schools requesting a donation for fundraising should visit CLEGuardians.com/community to submit a donation request.
Drinking Fountains
Water fountains are available at Sections 113, 119, 125, 129, 130, 142, 175, 176, 316, 504, 514, 516, 528, 529, 548, 552, 553, 557, 558, 564, 567, 577
Drinks
Fans may bring a small, single serving juice box or a single 20oz factory sealed bottle of water from the outside, but are not permitted to enter premium spaces. Cans, glass, and insulated drink containers are prohibited from entry.
E
Elevators
The Ontario elevators, serving all levels of the ballpark, are located at Section 159 and Section 559.
The Carnegie elevators, available for Premium Seating and members of the Press only, are located at Section 149.
The East 9th elevators at Section 119 serve the levels from the Main Concourse to Press level, including Kids Clubhouse on Club level.
Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency situation which causes a delay of the game or an evacuation of the ballpark, please direct your attention to the scoreboard and listen for announcements on the PA system. Staff and Security will also provide direction.
Escalators
The Ontario Section 162 escalator services the Premium Club Level and Upper Concourse. The East 9th Section 113 escalator services the Mezzanine and Upper Concourse. Escalators are shut down for operation at last out. Escalators will stay in operation for Kids Run the Bases on Sunday and fireworks nights. For safety reasons, escalators never operate in down mode.
Entry to the Ballpark
All persons ages 3 and over must have a ticket to enter Progressive Field. Cans, glass or plastic beverage containers, cups, squeeze bottles, and thermos bottles are not permitted into the Progressive Field. Small single-serving juice boxes, one twenty (20) ounce or less factory sealed bottle of water (one per person), and food items can be brought into the Ballpark. However, those items are not permitted to be brought into the Premium Seating areas (Suites, and Terrace Club). In support of our Alcohol Management Policy no alcoholic beverages may be brought into the Ballpark. No horns, air horns, bugles, cowbells, bats or any other type of noisemakers are permitted at Progressive Field. Such objects will be confiscated. Personal sized umbrellas are permitted. This is defined as an umbrella in the open position that covers one person. The acceptable size would be approximately a 24"-30" span. Umbrellas may only be opened in the event of a rain delay and when the tarp is covering the playing field.

Face Paint
Face paint styled in a way the references or appropriates American Indian cultures and traditions will not be permitted.
Fan Behavior
Abusive or inappropriate language or conduct deemed disorderly, unruly or disruptive including inappropriate dress may constitute grounds for ejection or refusal of admission. This includes headdresses and face paint styled in a way that references or appropriates American Indian cultures and traditions. Inappropriate or offensive images, words, dress or face paint must be covered or removed, and failure to do so may constitute grounds for ejection or refusal of admission. The solicitation of contributions and / or the distribution of literature on Progressive Field is prohibited.”
Fan Interference
Fans may not interfere with the play of the game per Major League Baseball guidelines. Interference includes throwing objects on the field (to include batted or home run balls), interfering with a ball in play, or entering the field of play at any point. Should a fan interfere with the game in any of these manners, they will be immediately removed from Progressive Field, with the potential to be arrested by Cleveland Police and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Fireworks Evacuation
These seating areas must be evacuated before the start of postgame Guardians fireworks shows: Homerun Porch, Bleachers, Heritage Park, Right Field Gate Area, Sections 101-103, 107, 170-179, 303-304, 403-404, 469-478, 504, 570-577. Additional sections may also be evacuated depending on weather conditions.
First Aid
Cleveland Clinic staffed First Aid room is located at Section 125 inside the gate. There is a second first aid location in Section 550 of the Upper Deck.
Food
Fans may bring outside food, subject to inspection from Security Staff prior to entry. These food items are prohibited from entry into Premium Seating areas such as Suites, the Discount Drug Mart Club, the Kaulig Companies Club.

Sunday - Thursday: All gates will open 1 hour prior to first pitch
Friday and Saturday games in April, May and September: All gates will open 1.5 hours prior to first pitch
Friday and Saturday games May 17 - August 31: All gates will open 2 hours prior to first pitch

Gateway East Parking Garage
The Gateway East Parking Garage is located between Progressive Field and Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. Enter off Huron Road, Eagle Avenue off Ontario Street, or Bolivar Road off East 9th Street. Standard Parking operates the garage. Questions concerning the policies of Gateway East Garage please contact the Garage office at 216-781-1672. Parking spaces for guests with disabilities are available on a first come, first served basis. Garage opens to fans holding a pre-purchased pass 3 hours prior to first pitch
Groups
Tickets for groups of 20 people or more are available through the Group Ticket Sales department. With a variety of seating, food and beverage options, we can accommodate groups of any size. Please call 216-420-HITS or visit CLEGuardians.com/groups for more information.
Guardians Kids Club
Guardians Kids Club is our fan club for kids! Designed for dedicated Guardians Fans between the ages of 6 and 14, each Guardians Kids Club membership includes Guardians gear, $10 of loaded value for concessions or souvenirs, a members only waiver line at the Kids Clubhouse, exclusive experiences and more!

Heritage Park
Located in the center field area, Heritage Park is available to fans before, during, and after games, as well as available for special events throughout the season. The two-tiered monument park honors the greatest names in club history and celebrates the Guardians' most memorable moments. Heritage Park also honors the Top 100 Guardians roster as selected as part of the teams 100th Anniversary Celebration in 2001.

Infield District
The Infield District features a dozen local eats for fans' enjoyment including Happy Dog, Ohio City Burrito, Butcher + Brewer, Momocho, Dante's Inferno, Fat Head Brewery and The Brew Kettle. It is also home to the Great Lakes Beer Garden and The Home Plate Club.
Inflatables
Objects such as beach balls, inflatable brooms and/or similar objects may not be brought in to Progressive Field.

Kaulig Companies Club
This 5,000-square foot private climate controlled lounge has 120 balcony seats and features 20 high-definition TVs, extra-wide plush seating, seat-side tables, deluxe drink and dining rails, and a variety menu and full bar. There is also a dedicated concierge outside Club.
The Kaulig Companies Club features breathtaking views of the on-field action, similar vantage point as Guardians radio and television personalities.
Kids Clubhouse
Uncrustables Kids Clubhouse is located near the Family Deck and features two stories of kid oriented activities. Fans can fill out a waiver in advance by visiting: mlbwaivers.com/Guardians/
Due to E. 9th Street building construction, there will be some minor updates to the Family Deck activites, including removal of the Wiffle Ball Field, Guardians Dash and the Batting Cage. Expected completion for this part of the renovations will be prior to Opening Day 2024. We thank you for your understanding during this transitional period.
Kids Ticket

KultureCity
The Sensory Room is located inside the Kids Clubhouse. Fans can also rent out sensory bags and headphones at the Fan Services booths located behind section 153 and 550.

Left Field District
The Left Field District includes a variety of game viewing options including drink rails that any fan can stand at and bleacher seating. Plus, it is home to the very popular Home Run Porch (maybe you'll even catch a World Series Game 7-tying homer there).
Lost and Found
Fans needing to claim or report lost items during a game should go to the Fan Services Booth at Section 153 of the Main Concourse or Section 550 of the Upper Concourse. Items found by game day staff should be taken to one of these locations, along with information about where the item was found and the date and time it was found. Fans with an inquiry regarding lost items at previous games can call Fan Services at 216-420-HITS. Items are stored for 30 days and then donated to an appropriate charity.
Lost Children or Companions
In the event you become separated from your child or a member of your party, please contact a Cleveland Police Officer, game day staff member, or go to Fan Services for assistance. Our staff is in constant contact with ballpark security and will assist you in finding the lost child or companion.
Young children attending Guardians games may obtain a free ID wristband personalized with their seat location, enabling Fan Services Representatives to return lost children. Wristbands are available at Fan Services Booths and the Concierge Desk.

Media Gate
Located at the east end of the Left Field Gate, the Media Gate is strictly for use by credentialed members of the media. The Media Gate opens five (5) hours before the start of each game.
Media Inquiries
The Cleveland Guardians Media Relations Department assists the news media. Game day staff who are approached for comment on any issue by the media should direct the inquiry to a member of the Media Relations Department.
MLB Universal Code of Conduct
Major League Baseball has developed a Universal Code of Conduct for all Major League Ballparks. The Cleveland Guardians are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable ballpark experience. Our game day staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where:
- Obscene or indecent clothing will not detract from the guest experience.
- Guests will enjoy the baseball experience free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures.
- Guests will refrain from displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting.
- Intervention with an impaired or intoxicated guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
- Guests will show their ticket when requested and will only sit in their ticketed seat.
- The process of the game will not be disrupted by the guests' actions or unauthorized persons on the playing field.

Noise making devices
Fans are encouraged to cheer as loud as possible. However, no device may be used to enhance this including cow bells, air horns, whistles, or other items.

Parking for Buses
Buses can load and unload on Ontario Street outside Progressive Field. Ontario Street northbound has an extended right lane directly in front of the Cleveland Guardians Executive Offices and the Progressive Field Team Shop. That zone is a drop off and pick up zone only. Bus parking on Sumner Court is available through the Cleveland Guardians Ticket Office.
Parking Garage
The Gateway East Parking Garage is located between Progressive Field and Rocket Mortgage Field House. Enter off Huron Road, Eagle Avenue off Ontario Street, or Bolivar Road off East 9th Street. Standard Parking operates the garage. Questions concerning the policies of Gateway East Garage please contact the Garage office at 216-781-1672. Parking spaces for guests with disabilities are available on a first come, first served basis.
If parking in Gateway East Garage is full, fans may visit spothero.com to purchase parking passes online. Parking passes surrounding Progressive Field can be purchased on the website or the Spot Hero app. Tickets can also be purchased through Spot Hero by visiting www.mlb.com/guardians/tickets/parking.

Permitted Items
The following items will be permitted into Progressive Field:
- Banners Fans are permitted to bring and display banners as long as they do not interfere with the game or block the view of other fans. Banners are not to include obscene, political, or commercial messages. The Cleveland Guardians reserve the right to determine the acceptability of the content of the banner. Banners may not be hung from the face of the Upper Deck in front of 400 sections. Banners and signs may not be hung in the Premium Seating areas (Suites & Clubs). The Cleveland Guardians reserve the right to remove any sign or banner from the ballpark.
- Blankets
- Binoculars
- Bottled water Fans are permitted to bring in through the gates a single, factory sealed bottle of water that is 20 ounces or less.
- Cameras (with lenses under 100mm) and video recorders are permitted providing that their use does not interfere with the game or the fans enjoyment of the ballgame. Tripods, monopods, and telephoto lenses are not permitted. Fans not adhering to this policy shall be asked to comply. If the fan refuses, he/she shall be asked to cease using the camera / video camera. After one warning, the Fan shall be escorted from the Ballpark. Any resale of photography or video for commercial or personal purpose is prohibited. The team name, logos, and player likenesses are copy-righted material. All cameras and equipment bags are subject to inspection.
- Cell Phones and similar devices are permitted and may be used as long as they do not interfere with the game or other Fans' enjoyment of the game. Employee use of cellular phones is not permitted in the work areas unless authorized by your department Supervisor. Employees may use their phone in designated break locations during their assigned breaks only.
- Motorcycle helmets are permitted to be brought into Progressive Field and checked in with respected gate staff. Motorcycle helmets are not permitted in any location of the ballpark other than the check in location. Item can be checked in at any Gate or at a Fan Services location.
- Service Animals are permitted into the Ballpark to assist guests with disabilities. Animals must be trained and certified.
- Small single serving juice boxes (kids under 12 and one per guest) and food items are permitted into the ballpark and are subject to inspection
- Strollers are permitted to be brought into Progressive Field. Fold-up type strollers must be stored beneath the seat or checked during game. Strollers that cannot be placed beneath a seat must be checked at any Gate or at a Fan Services location. It is important that strollers are not placed in an aisle or block access to an aisle.
- Umbrellas personal sized defined as covering one person in the open position, may only be opened in the event of a rain delay and when tarp is covering the playing field.
Pets
The Cleveland Guardians welcome service animals to Progressive Field. No other animal is permitted to enter.
Phones (Courtesy)
Courtesy phones are located throughout the ballpark in section 150 and 550. These phones only place calls to the 216, 330, and 440 area codes.

Premium Seating Access
Only fans ticketed for Premium Seating areas are permitted access to the Premium Seating areas of Progressive Field. Fans may access these areas via lobbies adjacent to ramps, stairs, escalators, or elevators. Club Seat Ticket Holders will be required to show their wristbands at entrances and food service locations.
Press Box
The Press Box is located on the fourth (4th) level and is restricted to members of the working media. Identifications and credentials are required for admittance.

Prohibited Items
For all items on this list that are prohibited from entry into Progressive Field, fans will have the option of returning the item to their Personal Vehicle or surrendering the item to Progressive Field Security Staff. The Cleveland Guardians will not hold prohibited items for fans
Public Transportation
Progressive Field is only a convenient bus or Rapid Transit ride away. Just take a 5 minute walk through RTA's enclosed walkway (only open during Progressive Field and Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse events). The walkway opens no later than 5:30pm for Monday-Friday 7:05pm games and no later than 5pm for Saturday 7:05pm games. For Sunday games at 1:05pm it opens at 11am and will remain open 90 minutes after the game. There are more than 8,000 parking spaces near the Rapid Transit Stations. Publications
The Guardians Yearbook, and Guardians Information and Record Book are available at the Progressive Field Teams Shop and souvenir concession stands at all regular season home games.
Purchase Information

Radio Broadcasts
Regular season games and select Spring Training games are broadcast on WTAM 1100AM and WMMS 100.7FM and on stations throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania on the Cleveland Guardians Radio Network. Refer to schedule for a complete listing.
Rainout Policy / Official Game
The right to start, delay, or terminate a game becomes the sole responsibility of Umpire-in-Chief after the managers have exchanged line-up cards at home plate. A game is considered regulation if 5 innings have been completed or 4 ½ innings have been completed and the Cleveland Guardians are winning. If a game is postponed prior to being a regulation game, fans should hold on to their tickets. Fans will be instructed as to the details of the postponement (e.g. rescheduling, refunds, etc.). Details of the Cleveland Guardians Rainout Policy can be obtained at the Fan Services Booth at Section 153 or Section 550 or at cleguardians.com/schedulechanges.
Recycling
The Cleveland Guardians have a comprehensive recycling program in place at Progressive Field. Our fans can participate by placing bottles and cans in one of the 185 bottle-shaped and helmet-topped recycling containers throughout the ballpark.
Re-Entry
Fans needing to exit and re-enter Progressive Field must do so through a dedicated gate at the Left Field Gate. Their game ticket or seat locator will be scanned upon exit. To re-enter the Ballpark, fans will enter through the security checkpoint and turnstiles where their ticket or seat locator will be re-scanned. During the games in which a gate giveaway is taking place, fans leaving the exit gate will have their ticket scanned and marked so that they may not receive multiple promotional items.
Resale of Game Tickets / Scalping
The resale of game tickets at any price is prohibited in and around Progressive Field. Violators are subject to arrest and prosecution by the Cleveland Police Department. The City of Cleveland has designated two (2) areas in the Gateway neighborhood for the resale of tickets.
Restrooms
There are 41 restroom facilities located throughout the ballpark, 19 for women and 19 for men, and 3 unisex / family restroom facilities. Family restrooms are located on the Family Deck as well as in each first aid room in Section 119 and Section 553, and in Section 546. All Restrooms are accessible to fans with disabilities, and all have diaper-changing tables.
Restricted Items
The following items are NOT permitted into Progressive Field:
- Action Sports Equipment included but not limited to skateboards, roller blades, scooters and roller skates
- Alcoholic Beverages and Illegal Drugs
- Bags (Manufactured diaper and medical bags, fanny packs or small handheld clutches or clutches with a strap are permitted)
- Brooms
- Butterfly Nets or any other kind of net that could interfere with play on the field
- Cameras with telephoto lenses or lenses larger than 100mm
- Cans, Glass, Squeeze Bottles, and Thermos Bottles
- Chewing Tobacco
- Electronic Cigarettes, "E-Cigarettes," Vapor Cigarettes, or any device that mimics smoking
- Firearms/Weapons including pocket knives and blades
- Food and Beverages of any sort are not permitted to enter the Premium Seating areas, which include Suites, the Discount Drug Mart Club, the Kaulig Companies Club.
- Headdresses and face paint styled in a way the references or appropriates American Indian cultures and traditions will not be permitted.
- Pets
- Poles and / or sticks
- Large Bags and Hard Sided Coolers
- Laser Pointers and similar items are prohibited. In addition to the safety issues that these devices pose, they also interfere with both the play of the game and other fans' enjoyment. Anyone who is observed using a laser pointer will need to either leave the Ballpark or allow the device to be confiscated and destroyed. Any laser pointer which is confiscated will not be returned.
- Wrapped presents or gifts
- Any item or action deemed to be a threat to public safety
Right Field District
The Right Field District connects the ballpark with the city of Cleveland, and will offer stunning views of the city! The concourse will feature food and beverage from some of your favorite local Cleveland restaurants including Melt Bar and Grilled, Barrio, Great Lakes Brewing Company, Dynomite Burger and Sweet Moses.

Scoreboard Greeting
A unique way for fans to send a birthday or anniversary greeting is the Ballpark greeting Card. They will see their name on the scoreboard video screen. Additionally, the fans will be sent a digital copy via email after the homestand. Season Tickets
Season Ticket packages are available for full season (81 games), half season (40 games) and quarter season (20 games). Looking at a particular section of seats from the top of the section, seats are numbered highest to lowest from left to right.
Sensory Room
The Sensory Room is located inside the Kids Clubhouse. Fans can also rent out sensory bags and headphones at the Fan Services booths located behind section 153 and 550.
Slider
Slider is the Guardians team mascot and very visible to fans as he roams the stands during home games. Fans may invite Slider and / or the Hot Dogs to perform at private or corporate special events. For more information or visit CLEGuardians.com/slider.

Solar Pavilion
The Cleveland Guardians have a 42 panel, 8.4 kWh Solar Pavilion in section 541. The Solar Pavilion produces enough electricity in a year to power an average home.
Smoking
Progressive Field is a non-smoking facility in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio. Fans are not permitted to smoke or use tobacco products anywhere on Progressive Field property. Electornic Cigarettes, "E-Cigarettes", Vapr Cigarettes, or any device that mimics smoking are also prohibited. Should fans need to smoke, the may use the re-entry gate in Left field to leave the park.
Speakers Bureau
Organizations seeking speakers from the Guardians should contact the Public Relations Department at 216.420.HITS six (6) weeks prior to the date requested. Our Speakers Bureau consists of sever front office staff.
Standing Room Only
Sections: 107, 108, 117-125, 175-179 and the Homerun Porch
Stay Alert
Watch for baseballs, bats and / or broken bats entering the stands. Fans may keep any baseballs hit into the stands.
Sticks
Any stick, pole, extending pole, or baton may not be brought in to Progressive Field. This includes ball retrieval devices that may impede play on the field.

Sunscreen
Fans may bring bottles of lotion sunscreen into Progressive Field. Aerosol cans of sunscreen are prohibited.
Suspicious Packages / Items
All suspicious packages or items should be reported immediately to Cleveland Police. Under no circumstances should this type of communication be transmitted via cellular telephone or radio.

The Cleveland Guardians Team Stores carry the latest apparel and souvenirs at the Progressive Field Team Store in Section 162 and Souvenirs and Concession Stands.

Public tours will be back for the 2024 season. When available, tours can be purchased online, on the MLB Ballpark app, or over the phone with Fan Services at 216-420-HITS.

Umbrellas
In the case of inclement weather and when the tarp is on the field, fans may use a personal sized umbrella (roughly 24”-30” span). Larger golf sized umbrellas are prohibited.

Weapons
All weapons are prohibited from entry into Progressive Field. This includes knives of any size, firearms, any item with the appearance of a weapon, or any item deemed as a potential threat to public safety. This prohibition extends to individuals with authorized Concealed Carry Permits.

Will Call
Due to renovations of the ballpark, the Box Office will no longer be an option for fans to purchase tickets. All tickets need to be purchased digitally.Effective at the start of the 2024 season, Progressive Field will be a cashless venue. All purchases inside the ballpark must be made with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Guards Mobile Wallet. Additionally, and at no charge, fans can convert cash to a prepaid card via reverse ATM machines that can be used for purchases inside and outside the ballpark.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available at all Gates on a first-come, first-serve basis. Wheelchairs are provided as transportation for fans with disabilities. Wheelchairs may not be kept at the seat location during the game. Wheelchairs can be requested to transport Fans from their seat location to a gate by notifying Fan Services. Wheelchair reservations are not accepted; requests are provided on a first come first served basis.

Enhanced Security Measures
All fans are screened by unobtrusive, walk-through metal detectors. Fans should remove ONLY any large metal objects from their pockets at the metal detectors. All other items, including cellphones, wallets, belts, watches, keys, and change can stay on their person. All bags are inspected for prohibited items (listed above). The enhanced security measures are part of an MLB initiative to standardize security practices across the league.
Universal Code of Conduct
Major League Baseball has developed a Universal Code of Conduct for all Major League Ballparks. The Cleveland Guardians are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable ballpark experience. Our game day staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where:
- Fans are prohibited from using speech towards Players, Players Family Members, Club Personnel, or umpires that is abusive in nature, betting related, or generally having a negative impact on the family environment.
- Obscene or indecent clothing will not detract from the guest experience.
- Guests will enjoy the baseball experience free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures, images or words.
- Guests will refrain from displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting.
- Intervention with an impaired or intoxicated guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
- Guests will show their ticket when requested and sit only in their ticketed seat.
- The progress of the game will not be disrupted by the guests' actions or unauthorized persons on the playing field.
- Headdresses and face paint styled in a way the references or appropriates American Indian cultures and traditions will not be permitted.
