Made his major league debut, Aug. 29 at the White Sox... picked up his first career victory with a scoreless inning of relief, Sept. 4 vs. the Pirates... Spent the majority of the year between Double-A Tennessee and Triple-A Iowa... was 7-2 with two saves and a 3.41 ERA (23 ER/60.2 IP) in 31 games (two starts) in the minors.

Combined to pitch in 28 games in 2019 between Rookie League Mesa, Single-A Myrtle Beach and Double-A Tennessee...Walked 10 and struck out 33 in 52.0 innings, with a 1.19 WHIP...Was on the shelf, June 13-Aug. 5, with a left ankle sprain...Pitched in eight games for Mesa in the Arizona Fall League...posted a 1.80 ERA (2 ER/10.0 IP) with one walk and nine strikeouts.
