Split his time between Double-A Tulsa and Triple-A Oklahoma City, posting a combined 5-9 record across 26 games (22 starts) with a 4.62 ERA (52 ER/101.1 IP)... Earned his first professional win on June 23 with Double-A Tulsa, tossing 6.0 scoreless frames against Springfield with six strikeouts... Collected three straight wins from June 23–July 4, allowing just three earned runs over 17.0 innings with 20 strikeouts and just three walks... Excelled during home games, posting a 3-0 mark across eight games (six games) and keeping the opposition to a .128 average... Was even-keeled against both left-handed and right-handed batters, keeping them to a .143 and .153 average respectively...Struck out 11 batters on July 4 against Arkansas, earning the win as he tossed seven shutout innings…recorded at least two strikeouts in each of his 26 outings…did not allow a run in six of his 26 games…earned an 11.28 strikeout-per-nine innings mark this season…invited to his first spring training as a non-roster invitee.
