Split the season between the Padres and their Triple-A affiliate, El Paso...Appeared in 22 games with the Padres (4.33 ERA) and 36 games with the Chihuahuas (2.25 ERA)...At the major league level, held left handed hitters to a .161 batting average (5-for-31)...Struck out 35 and walked nine...Was acquired by the Braves from the San Diego Padres on Dec. 15, 2023, along with DH Matt Carpenter and cash considerations in exchange for Minor League OF Drew Campbell.

Spent the majority of the season with El Paso (AAA), making a career-high 46 appearances for the Chihuahuas and tied his career high with five winning decisions...Made his Major League debut with the Padres on April 24 vs. LAD, retiring all three batters he faced on 10 pitches in the ninth inning of SD’s 10-2 defeat...Had four separate stints with the big league club, going scoreless in four of his seven appearances with a 9.00 ERA (5 ER, 5.0 IP) and a .188 opp. AVG...Major League lefties were 0-for-5 against Kerr, while righties hit .273 (3-for-11)...He finished off the game in six of his seven ML appearances, with SD going 1-6 in his outings...Per Statcast, Kerr relied on five pitches at the ML level: 4-Seam Fastball (36.4%), Slider (30.7%), Curveball (27.3%), Sinker (4.5%) and Changeup (1.1%)...Posted a 5.08 ERA (25 ER, 44.1 IP) in 46 relief appearances with the Chihuahuas…Triple-A lefties hit .219 (12-for-56) against him and righties went .297 (33-for-111)...Pitched in his 100th professional career game in his second appearance of the season on April 8 at Round Rock.

Split the season between Arkansas (AA) and Tacoma (AAA), going a combined 2-1 with five saves and a 3.18 ERA (14 ER, 39.2 IP) across 36 appearances (1 start)...Began the season with ARK and went 2-1 with a 2.83 ERA (9 ER, 28.2 IP), two holds and three saves in six save opportunities...he also posted a 43-to-10 SO/BB ratio and limited hitters to a .176 AVG along with a 0.98 WHIP...Was scoreless in his first five appearances and 6.0 IP, allowing just five hits from May 26-June 9...Walked just one hitter and struck out 17 across nine appearances from July 23-Aug. 21 before being promoted to TAC on Aug. 24, where he spent the remainder of the season...Blew the save in his AAA season debut Aug. 26 vs. Salt Lake, issuing a season-high-tying three BB...did not allow a run over his next seven appearances from Aug. 28-Sept. 16, surrendering just two hits and one walk while striking out 11...Made his only start of the season and his first since 2019 in his penultimate appearance of the campaign Sept. 27 @ Round Rock, tossing 1.0 scoreless inning...Secured his fourth save of the season and his second for the Rainers in his final outing on Oct. 3 vs. Salt Lake, securing the Rainiers 3-0 shutout victory...Overall for TAC, made 12 appearances (1 start) with a 4.09 ERA, .205 opp. AVG and 13.91 SO/9 IP ratio.

Spent the season with High-A Modesto, but also appeared in one game with AAA Tacoma on July 6 at Fresno...Among California League leaders, he ranked T-6th in walks (51), T-14th in saves (4) and T-18th in appearances (35)...Averaged 9.29 SO/9 IP…struck out at least one batter in 32 of 36 appearances, including a season-high 6 batters on May 31 vs. Visalia...Tossed at least 2.0 innings in 26 of 36 appearances, including a season-high 6.0 innings on May 10 vs. Lancaster...Made 10 starts with Modesto, including each of his first 9 appearances to open the season, April 8-May 21...Went 0-2 with a 4.10 ERA (19 ER, 41.2 IP) in 10 starts...Went 2-3 with a 1.02 ERA (4 ER, 35.1 IP) over his final 20 appearances from June 23-Sept. 1...in that span, limited opponents to a .179 AVG (22-for-123), while walking 18 and striking out 48 over 35.1 IP...Didn't allow an ER (5 R) over 19.2 IP from June 23-July 21, going 3-1 with one save over 10 games (.125, 8-for-64, 5 BB, 19 K)...Recorded the win in his Triple-A debut on July 6 @ Fresno, striking out 2 in 2.1 scoreless innings in relief...Represented the Mariners on the Peoria Javelinas roster in the Arizona Fall League...went 0-0 with a 1.93 ERA (2 ER, 9.1 IP) in 6 relief appearances (.14 AVG; 5-for-35, 6 BB, 9 K).
