**KNORR RESUME** Returns for 2nd season as Davey Johnson's bench coach in 2013...is in midst of 3rd stint on Washington's big league staff...served as Nationals bullpen coach for final 3 months of 2006 campaign, as well as entire 2009 season...beginning in 2005, spent 6 seasons managing in Nationals minor league system, compiling a 417-420 (.498) record...led Potomac to Carolina League Championship in '08, posting a 79-61 regular-season mark before going 6-1 in playoffs...Potomac's championship was not only the first in the 29-year history of the Potomac franchise, but the first captured by a Nationals domestic club since the franchise's arrival in DC in '05. **PLAYING CAREER** Played 19 seasons professionally, including parts of 11 major league campaigns...a catcher by trade, played in 253 big league games for Blue Jays (1991-95), Astros (1996-97, '99), Marlins (1998), Rangers (2000) and Expos (2001)...batted .226 (153-for-676) with 24 home runs and 88 RBI for career...earned World Series rings with the Blue Jays in both 1992 and 1993...was known for defensive skills behind the plate. **PERSONAL** Randy Duane Knorr...graduated from Baldwin Park (CA) High in 1986.

Knoor spent his second consecutive season as the Expos' primary Triple-A catcher...guided a young 28- man pitching staff en route to the Pacific Coast League's Northern Division Title...batted .304 with 7 home runs and 48 RBI in 88 games...batted .329 at Edmonton's Telus Field, but 5 of his 7 home runs came in road contests...hit .392 (29- for-74) with 2 home runs and 16 RBI when facing left-handed pitchers...batted .327 with runners on base, including .363 (33-for-91) with runners in scoring position...hit .366 with 3 home runs and 14 RBI in May...also had 14 RBI in June...went perfect 5-for-5 with a double and 3 RBI in key 10-9 victory on June 28 vs. Tacoma...posted season-high 9-game winning streak, May 2-18, going 16-for-34 (.471)...was one of 5 Trappers to hit .300 or better while playing in over half of club's contests (also Peter Bergeron, Matt Cepicky, Terrmel Sledge and Luis Figueroa)...went 3-for-11 (.273) with 2 doubles for the Expos in Spring Training while battling hamstring troubles.
