Began season at Triple-A St. Paul and had four stints with the Twins during season....Made Major League debut on May 11 vs. Houston, going 0-for-2 but recorded first career RBI with sacrifice fly in first plate appearance....Recorded Minor League career-high tying four hits on June 19 at Columbus with Saints...had four hits again on Aug. 30 vs. Omaha....Recorded first career major league hit on June 27 at Cleveland (Game 1), singling off infielder Ernie Clement in a Twins 11-1 victory...became first player in club history to record first major league hit off a position player....Hit first Major League home run on Aug. 2 vs. Detroit, a solo shot off Matt Manning...hit second home run three days later on Aug. 5 vs. Toronto, a solo shot off José Berríos...Hit Minor League career high-tying two home runs on Sept. 7 at Toledo with Saints....Led Saints in home runs (15), tied for first in games (102), second in doubles (21), stolen bases (23) and RBI (59), and third in hits (89) and runs scored (64). ...Finished season with Twins, playing in 16 games for Minnesota down the stretch. ...Combined to hit .221 (95-for-430) with 22 doubles, one triple, 18 home runs, 65 RBI and 73 runs scored in 130 games between St. Paul and Minnesota....Designated for release or assignment on Jan. 3, clearing 40-man roster spot for Joey Gallo...outrighted to Triple-A St. Paul and received invite to Twins Spring Training.

Split the season between Double-A Wichita and Triple-A St. Paul, hitting a combined .251 (103-for-410) with 72 runs scored, 30 doubles, three triples, 20 home runs, 74 RBI, 15 stolen bases, 43 walks and a .824 OPS in 114 games...named outfielder on Twins MiLB.com organizational All-Star team.

Won a Rawlings MiLB Gold Glove...did not commit an error in 784.1 innings in the outfield between High-A Fort Myers and Double-A Pensacola...has committed just five errors in three minor league seasons, spanning 1920.0 innings (.992 fielding pct.).
