Homered, doubled, and knocked in two runs in Miami’s 5-1 victory over the Chicago Cubs in game one of the Wild Card Series at Wrigley Field... Homered in three of the Marlins’ first four games, joining Derrek Lee (2002) and Cliff Floyd (1998) as the only players in club history to do so... Spent most of season at A Lake County and led the Indians Player Development System in RBI (82) and was 2nd in home runs (23) and 3rd in hits (131)... Named to the Midwest League Postseason All-Star Team and an MiLB.com Organization All-Star... Even though he played just 95 games for Low-A Lake County he still finished 7th in the Midwest League in home runs (19), 16th in RBI (69), 2nd in slugging pct. (.544), 2nd in OPS (.915) and was 2nd in home runs to at bat ratio (1 in 18.4).
