Signed a minor league contract with Seattle on March 14 and played in spring training for Mariners before being released April 2....Signed to Minor League contract with Minnesota and reported to Triple-A St. Paul on April 4....Played in just 10 games for the Saints from April 9-28, going 6-for-31 (.194) with five walks, two doubles, one home run and three RBI... caught seven games for St. Paul. ...Placed on 7-day Injured List on April 30 with left knee strain.....Had left knee lateral meniscus surgery May 9, ending his season.
