POSTSEASON: Made his Postseason debut during his rookie campaign, posting two scoreless outings in his four app. and allowing just two hits across his 3.2 IP (.154 AVG)....Entered in the eighth inning of Game 2 of the Wild Card Series vs. NYM on Oct. 8, retiring all three batters he faced on 11 pitches while striking out two in SD’s 7-3 defeat....Made his 2nd career Postseason app. in Game 1 of the NLDS on Oct. 11, entering the game in the 3rd inning in relief of Mike Clevinger, tossing 1.1 scoreless innings with two BB and two SO in SD’s 5-3 defeat…the 37 pitches thrown were the 3rd-most of his career, trailing only his 39 on June 6 vs. NYM and Aug. 5 @ LAD....Relieved Joe Musgrove in the 7th inning of Game 4 of the NLDS on Oct. 15...allowed one hit, one BB and one ER in 0.1 IP before Tim Hill got SD out of the inning, stranding both runners en route to SD’s 5-3, series-clinching victory....Made his fourth appearance of the Postseason and his NLCS debut in the seventh inning of Game 4 vs. PHI on Oct. 22, allowing a solo HR to JT Realmuto.

Received a non-roster invitation to Major League Spring Training, beginning the season with El Paso (AAA)...Spent the marjoity of the campaign with ELP, posting a 3.43 ERA (15 ER, 39.1 IP) in 28 appearances (all in relief), including a 0.92 WHIP and .157 opponent average... Among Triple-A West pitchers with 30.0+ IP, Wilson’s .156 opponent's average led the league, and his 14.42 strikeouts per nine ranked second...Between the Arizona Complex League Padres and ELP, he posted a career high 15.2 strikeouts per nine innings...Made just three appearance to start the season before landing on the 7-Day Injured List on May 17 for nearly two months with an arm injury...Made two rehab appearances with Rookie-Level ACL Padres on July 2 and July 5, pitching 2.2 innings of scoreless, one-hit ball with eight strikeouts and no walks...returned to the Chihuhuas on July 10...Made 11 appearances for ELP in which he tossed at least 2.0 innings...Following the 2021 season, played for Escogido in the Dominican Winter League, where he struck out 14 batters against one walk over 10 shutout innings of two-hit ball.

Received an invite to Major League Spring Training and made two scoreless relief appearances...Was not a part of the Padres 60-man player pool during the regular season.
2019
Split his 1st full professional campaign between El Paso (AAA) and Lake Elsinore (A), owning a 2.67 ERA (19 ER, 64.0 IP) in 42 appearances (all in relief)...Began the season with LE, where he made 17 relief appearances from April 6-June 16 while fostering a 0.93 ERA (3 ER, 29.0 IP), a .183 opponent clip (19-for-104) and .227 opponent OBP…his 0.93 ERA with LE was the lowest on the team among pitchers who made 6+ appearances...While with the Storm, he fanned 43 batters and walked just 4 for a 13.3 SO/9...Bypassed the Double-A level and was promoted to ELP on June 17…made his Chihuahuas debut on June 18 and proceeded to make 25 appearances out of the bullpen to finish the season...Did not allow a single earned run in both May and June, tossing 22.2 IP in that time and making 13 appearances with 9 hits and 1 unearned run allowed...ELP went 14-11 in games in which he appeared, and he owned a 4.11 ERA (16 ER, 35.0 IP) with the club, owning a .206 opponent AVG...With ELP, had 42 SO and 10.8 SO/9…fanned at least 1 batter in 23 of his 25 appearances and fanned multiple batters in 13 of those appearances...With RISP, Single-A opponents hit .038 against him (1-for26) and Triple-A opponents hit .220 against him (9-for-41).
2018
Split the year between Tri-City (A) and Lake Elsinore (A), appearing in just 5 games between the 2 clubs for a 7.88 ERA (7 ER, 8.0 IP)...Made his professional debut with TRI and made 3 appearances from June 18-July 4, posting a 1.80 ERA in 5.0 IP and a .235 opponent AVG...In just 2 games with LE, worked a total of 3.0 IP and allowed 3 ER and 4 hits in both appearances, with opponents hitting .471 against him.
