In his lone season in the Yankees organization, spent nearly the entire season with Triple-A Scranton/WilkesBarre...was 0-3 with a 4.93 ERA (25 ER/45.2 IP) in 34 relief outings at Triple-A...Missed time on the minor league injured list, June 27-July 26, with a left hip strain...appeared in two rehab games with Single-A Staten Island, tossing 3.0-scoreless innings...After returning from the injured list, allowed just one run in 15.1 innings across 12 relief outings.
2018
Made the Braves' Opening Day roster but spent the majority of the season in the minors after walking both batters in his lone relief appearance for Atlanta on 3/29 vs. Philadelphia (0.0IP, 1ER)… was optioned to Triple-A Gwinnett on 3/31 and outrighted off the 40-man roster on 4/25… made a total of 43 relief appearances between Gwinnett and Double-A Mississippi, posting a 5-5 record with one save and a 6.20 ERA (40.2IP, 33H, 30R/28ER, 44BB, 56K, 2HR)… in 32 outings with Gwinnett, went 2-4 with a 7.24 ERA (27.1IP, 26H, 23R/22ER, 33BB, 37K, 1HR)… was transferred to Mississippi on 7/21 and was 3-1 with a 4.05 ERA (13.1IP, 7H, 7R/6ER, 11BB, 19K, 1HR) in 11 relief appearances.
2017
In his first season with the Braves organization, appeared in 27 games out of the bullpen with Atlanta, while also spending time with Triple-A Gwinnett and Double-A Mississippi. ..Began the season on the minor league disabled list before joining Double-A Mississippi on 5/20…Appeared in 10 games before transferring to Triple-A Gwinnett on 6/18...Atlanta selected his contract from the G-Braves on 6/29…He made his Braves debut that evening with a scoreless inning at SD...Returned to the G-Braves on 8/21 before the Braves recalled him on 9/1 for the remainder of the season. ..Struck out 33 batters over 23.2 major league innings (12.55 K/9), and fanned at least one batter in 20 of his 27 MLB appearances...Was the only pitcher in the majors with at least 30 strikeouts and fewer than 25.0 IP...His 27 games were his most since appearing in 74 with Colorado in 2014. ..All four of his wins came at SunTrust Park…All three of his losses came on the road. ..Held lefties to a .216 batting average (8-for-37) with two extra-base hits…Struck out 16 of the 41 left-handed hitters he faced...Went a career best-tying 2.0 innings on 7/4 vs. HOU…All of his other 2.0-inning outings came in 2012.

Acquired by the Chicago Cubs from the Colorado Rockies in exchange for LHP Wander Cabrera on 11/25/15, but did not pitch after being released by Chicago on 3/12/16.

RexBrothers spent the majority of the season with Triple-A Albuquerque, going 5-2 with three saves and a 4.46 ERA (21 ER/42.1 IP) in 45 appearances ... he made 17 appearances with the Rockies, going 1-0 with a 1.74 ERA (2 ER/10.1 IP). With Albuquerque, he allowed just 27 hits in 42.1 innings but walked 44 batters, contributing to a 1.68 WHIP ... held righties to a .175 average (17-for- 97) while lefties batted .192 (10-for-52). Was recalled to Colorado, July 11, and made three appearances before returning to Albuquerque ... was recalled again, September 1, and did not allow a run in 14 appearances (7.2 IP) through the end of the season ... allowed just five hits and walked four batters in his second stint with the club.

Brothers had 32-straight scoreless outings (30.0 ip) from 4/10-6/28...his 32 consecutive scoreless appearances are the second-most by a Rockies pitcher trailing Mike Myers in 2000 who had 33-straight scoreless outings that spanned 17.2 innings...the 30.0 scoreless innings streak is second longest ever by a Rockie but longest by a Rockies reliever...the 30.0 inning scoreless streak was the longest in the National League this year, second longest in the Majors (Koji Uehara, 30.1 ip)... Received his first loss since 5/14/12 at SF on 9/6 at SD...had won previous nine decisions which spanned 119 games... His 0.91 ERA in the first half was the second-lowest ever by a Rockie with at least 30 games, trailing Mike Myers' 0.83 ERA in 2000 (37G, 21.2 IP)... Brothers finished the 2012 season with a team-high eight wins in his 75 appearances...his 3.86 ERA was the fifth-lowest among all Rockies relievers and his 75 appearances were second to only Belisle's 80. In his second season, Brothers struckout 83 batters, tied for the most among all Rockies pitchers with Drew Pomeranz,
and most among Rox relievers...additionally, his 11.04 strikeout per 9.0 innings pitched was the highest mark on the
team...a mark that was 10th-highest among NL relievers this season. Held left-handed hitters to a .206 (21-for-102) average on the season, the third-lowest mark among Rockies pitchers in
2012...his 41 strikeouts vs. left-handers were the most on the team and he allowed only six extra-base hits to lefties (1
HR, 5 2B). From 8/1 to the end of the season, Brothers had a record of 2-0 with a 1.52 ERA (23.2 ip, 4 er), 12 walks and 24 strikeouts in 21 appearances. In his two seasons with the Rockies, Brothers has tallied 142 strikeouts compared to 57 walks in 108.1 innings...that

Spent the first two months of the season as a member of the Triple-A Colorado Springs bullpen and was brought to the
Majors 6/4, where he would spend the remainder of 2011 in the Rockies bullpen...Went 1-2 with a 2.88 ERA (40.2 ip, 13 er), 20 walks, 59 strikeouts and a .217 opponent average in 48 games as a rookie...Among NL rookie relievers to make at least 45 appearances, Brothers ranked in the top-10 in several categories, including ERA (6th), opponents batting average (5th), strikeouts (5th), strikeouts per 9.0 innings (3rd, 13.06) and holds (2nd,
16)...only teammate Matt Reynolds had more holds (18) among NL rookie relievers...Brothers became more productive as the season went on, as his ERA decreased (or stayed the same) in each of the
four months he pitched...he owned a 3.86 ERA in June, 3.18 ERA in both July and August and a 1.04 ERA in September...Following the All-Star break, Brothers proved to be one of the National League's most productive relievers, as he had
