The 24-year-old played in 72 games with Houston...primarily played shortstop (53g) but also saw time at second base (10g) and third base (4g)...all four of his homers came off righties...made his second straight Opening Day roster and split time at shortstop with Ronny Cedeno until he was optioned to Triple A on June 24...played in 44 games with Triple A Oklahoma City and was recalled back to Houston on Aug. 14...remained in Houston through the end of the season where he served as the backup shortstop to Jonathan Villar...on April 2 vs. TEX, broke up Yu Darvish's perfect-game bid with two outs in the 9th inning by hitting a single up the middle...hit .262 (45x172) with 10 doubles and 15 RBI in 44 games with Triple A OKC ... following the season, played for Zulia in the Venezuelan Winter League and hit .297 (22x74) with nine RBI in 23 games.

Combined to hit .261 (94x360) with 52 RBI in 98 games with Class A Peoria (33g) and Class A Boise (65g)...began the year at Peoria before transfering over to Boise when their season started... would go on to lead the club and finish fourth in the Northwest League with 43 RBI...split his time at second (30g), third (11g and shortstop (26g) while at Boise...following the season, got four at-bats (0x4) for Caracas in the Venezuelan Winter League.
