Had his contract purchased on 4/8 from GWI and was optioned to GWI on 4/16. Recalled on 7/27 in place of the injured Brian McCann and optioned to GWI on 8/16. Was recalled for a final time on 9/1 as part of rosters expanding...Hit in five straight games to start the season (.400, 6-for-15)...Of his 61 games played with GWI, made 59 starts at catcher...Posted four multi-hit games over seven contests from 6/26-7/6.
