Toby Jason Hall...wife's name is Karra...has two children: Tayden and Kendall...along with his wife, has formed the Toby Hall Foundation, a non-profit organization that assists numerous programs in the Tampa Bay-area...was twice his club's Roberto Clemente Award nominee while with Tampa Bay...through various charitable efforts, has done work and/or made donations to assist Ronald McDonald House, National Down Syndrome Society, and the ALS Association.
2009
Missed the entire season following surgery to repair a torn labrum in his right shoulder during spring training...signed a minor league deal with the Houston organization on Jan. 14, 2009, and was in major league camp with the Astros...his deal was voided on Feb. 24 after Hall and Houston officials agreed that the pre-existing injury required surgery.
