When will I receive my ticket(s) for the game?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email from customerservice@ladodgers.com. You can access your tickets by logging into the MLB Ballpark app with the same email used to purchase the tickets.
How can I confirm that I purchased the correct special event ticket package ticket?
Your order confirmation will state if you purchased the special event ticket package offer. Your game tickets will have a unique event code listed on them to verify that they are indeed part of the special event ticket package.
I received my tickets, but there is no voucher included to pick up my item(s).
Special Event Ticket Package tickets do not include a separate voucher or ticket for the item. You will be required to present your game ticket at a specified redemption zone to claim your item. You will receive a separate email 24-72 hours prior to game time with detailed instructions on redemption times and location(s).
What size(s) will be offered?
If a ticket pack includes an apparel giveaway, sizes offered will be Adult Medium or XL, while supplies last.
How early do I have to arrive to get my preferred size?
All sizes are distributed on a first come, first served basis. We recommend arriving as early as possible to ensure your best chance of receiving your preferred size. All shirt sizes are based on availability, while supplies last. Specific shirt sizes are not guaranteed.
Where do I go to pick up my ticket package item?
You will receive a separate email 24-72 hours prior to game time with detailed instructions on redemption times and location(s).
I am a Season Ticket Member, and already have tickets to the game; can I upgrade my tickets or just purchase the item?
Special Event Ticket Pack tickets are not included in your Membership. Season Ticket Members have three (3) options to gain access to Special Event Ticket Pack Items.
- Through Dodger Rewards, a limited number of Ticket Pack items will be available for purchase. Members will receive a special voucher with a barcode to claim their item at Membership Headquarters exclusively on the event gameday.
- Season Ticket Members may use their Dodger Reward Points to claim special event items in the Rewards Marketplace, while supplies last.
- All Dodger Fans may purchase game tickets from www.dodgers.com/ticketpacks, select your preferred event, enter code, and complete checkout. Tickets purchased from the special event ticket flows will be coded to receive the item exclusively on event gameday.
Please note, not all Special Event Ticket Pack items will be available for purchase or redemption, and they are available while supplies last.
Can I pick up my promotional item(s) for a ticket package at a later date?
Ticket Pack items can be redeemed exclusively on the special event game date, at the specific designated pick-up location(s) approximately 2-hours prior to game time and up to 1-hour after the start of the game.
Ticket pack items must be picked up at the game during the designated time. There will be no accommodation to claim Ticket Pack items outside of the designated time frame.
How can I purchase ADA tickets for this event?
Accessible seating is available for special event ticket packages, while supplies last. Guests may purchase tickets for accessible seating by selecting the “ADA Seats” (ADA Icon) on the right side of the event purchase page. Guests with questions about ADA seats may contact the Dodgers’ ticket office by calling 866-DODGERS ext. 8.
I bought my tickets on StubHub before I knew this event was scheduled. Can I cancel my order?
The Dodgers are unable to cancel or refund any orders or tickets purchased through StubHub or any other secondary market source.
I bought my tickets at the Dodger Stadium Box Office before I knew this event was scheduled. Can I upgrade them?
All ticket purchases are final, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Can I purchase special event ticket pack tickets at the box office?
Ticket Pack tickets may be purchased at the Dodger Stadium Box Office, while supplies last.
How old does a child have to be to receive the ticket package item?
Children three (3) years of age or younger who do not have a valid ticket will be allowed to enter the stadium but will not be eligible to receive an item.
I bought 2 tickets, but my friend can no longer make it to the game. Can I pick up their item?
If your guest is no longer attending the event, and the redemption period is still active, you may exit the stadium and re-renter using their ticket to claim the ticket pack item associated with their ticket.
My family is arriving separately and may miss the designated pick-up times. Can I pick up all the items on their behalf?
If the guest is still attending the game, you cannot pick up someone else's item that has not already entered the stadium. They will be denied entry into the ballpark if their ticket has been scanned for item redemption prior to their entrance into the stadium.

Is there a group discount for purchasing 15 or more tickets for a special event ticket package?
Group orders for Ticket Packs do not include discounted ticket rates, but contact the Group Sales Team at grouptix@ladodgers.com or 866-DODGERS ext. 5 to learn more about group benefits.
