About: The Retail Associate are the team behind selling, stocking, and cashiering at the various Dodgers Merchandise stores and stands at the Stadium! They service our guests with exceptional customer-service and top-notch knowledge of stadium and baseball merchandise.
Who We Look For: If you love baseball and would like to gain experience and knowledge in the retail industry, we would love to have you as a part of the Dodgers Retail Associate team! Retail Associates are very customer-service oriented and are able to exercise high attention to detail in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Prior customer-serving and cashiering experience is huge plus. Retail Associates are always on their feet and assisting guests over long periods of time, so quick-thinking and interpersonal skills are a must. This opportunity is great fit if you are looking for an exciting career in the sports retail industry!
When We Hire: The Dodgers begin Retail Associate Recruitment in January. The interview format assesses a candidate’s knowledge of great customer service and their ability to service the guest with product knowledge. Once candidates are selected, onboarding and training takes place during March to gear up for the upcoming baseball season.
