About: The Fan Services team takes the lead on communicating and forging relationships with Dodger fans. Fan Services is vital to ensuring fans have a safe, fun, and memorable time at the ballpark by greeting them as they enter and directing them throughout the stadium. They serve as the go-to team for fan questions and concerns and are also pivotal in making special occasions at the stadium memorable.
Who We Look For: Fan Services Representatives are friendly, customer-service oriented individuals. Prior customer-service experience, strong interpersonal and issue-resolving skills are a must. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Fan Services Representatives may also assist with events outside of the baseball season.
When We Hire: The Dodgers begin Fan Services recruitment in January. The interview format assesses a candidate’s approachability, interpersonal skills, ability to problem solve, and comfort speaking to individuals as well as addressing large crowds. Once candidates are selected, training and onboarding takes place during March to gear up for the upcoming baseball season.
