About: Dodger Blue Crew Members serve as brand ambassadors to the Los Angeles Dodgers and support the execution of in-stadium entertainment activations. They facilitate interactive games and photo ops in the stadium concourses and help execute ceremonies, prize giveaways, and trivia contests performed live on the stadium’s video boards. Blue Crew Members bring the spirit of the Dodgers to life through fun, memorable interactions with stadium and event guests!
Who We Look For: Blue Crew Members are upbeat, engaging, and proud to represent the Boys in Blue! They have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide quick and professional responses when faced with a challenge. Experience in Customer Service, Marketing, or Special Events is preferred.
When We Hire: The Dodgers begin Blue Crew Recruitment in January. The interview format assesses a candidate’s knowledge of live events and customer service and also tests their ability to problem solve under pressure and communicate effectively. Candidates will be given situational prompts and asked how they would manage these fan interactions as a Blue Crew Member. Once candidates are selected, training and onboarding takes place during March to gear up for the upcoming baseball season.
