Vice President, Membership Service and Fan Loyalty
Entering her seventh season with the Dodgers, Ashley has been instrumental in the development of the Dodger Season Ticket Membership program. During her tenure, Ashley has redefined the Dodgers membership program to increase fan engagement, enhance and develop new revenue streams, and launch new benefits while leading all customer service objectives. Additionally, Ashley has further developed the Dodger Rewards program to provide new avenues for all fans to engage with the Dodgers brand. Ashley’s various fan loyalty initiatives have further connected the fan base to concessions, retail, and game attendance. Ashley’s determination and proactive approach will continue to impact and grow the organization’s relationship with its most loyal fans.
Beyond her professional achievements, she serves as the Executive Sponsor of the Athletes2Executives Business Resource Group (BRG), which supports the professional growth of current and former athletes.
Prior to Ashley joining the Los Angeles Dodgers, Ashley spent three seasons in the NBA with the Cleveland Cavaliers as a Membership Development Specialist. After three NBA Finals appearances and a 2016 World Championship, Ashley took her talents to Los Angeles where she became the Manager of Membership Services during the inaugural season at the MLS team, Los Angeles Football Club. Here Ashley was responsible for creating and implementing LAFC’s membership platform.
Ashley graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications from The Ohio State University while being a 4-year varsity athlete on the Women’s Track & Field team. During her time at OSU Ashley was a part of three Big Ten Championships and earned All-American honors.
Ashley currently resides in Downtown Los Angeles.
