OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. The Fan Appreciation Day Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is void where prohibited by law, taxed, or required to be licensed. The "Entry Period" for the Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 A.M. on September 16, 2019, and ends upon the commencement of the first inning of the Los Angeles Dodgers vs. the Colorado Rockies baseball game held on September 22, 2019 (the "Game"). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Los Angeles Dodgers LLC (the "Dodgers"). If, in the Dodgers' exclusive judgment, this Sweepstakes becomes compromised in any way, the Dodgers reserve the right to withdraw the offer, to void any entries submitted fraudulently, or to select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to the act that compromised the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

2. TO ENTER: There are two (2) methods by which persons may enter the Sweepstakes: the "Dodger Stadium Automatic On-Site Method" and the "Dodger Stadium Entry Form Method."

A) Dodger Stadium Automatic On-Site Method: Anyone who has received an admission ticket to the Game, and who has his/her admission ticket scanned at Dodger Stadium by no later than the commencement of the first inning of the Game, will automatically be entered in the Sweepstakes.

B) Dodger Stadium Entry Form Method: Anyone who does not have an admission ticket to the Game, but who wishes to enter the Sweepstakes, may do so by obtaining an official entry form at the Lot "D" Will Call window located on the Club Level of Dodger Stadium during business hours (9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday) throughout the Entry Period. Every person who submits a completed official entry form to the Dodgers at the Lot "D" Will Call window by no later than the commencement of the first inning of the Game will be entered in the Sweepstakes. The completion of an official entry form will not entitle the entrant to admission to the Game.

Only admission tickets to the Game and official entry forms will be accepted as entries in the Sweepstakes. No reproductions, mechanical or otherwise, of admission tickets or official entry forms will be accepted. Only one (1) admission ticket or one (1) official entry form per person is permitted. Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay, or misdirection of Sweepstakes materials, whether such materials are submitted by the entrant or sent to the entrant by the Dodgers. The Dodgers will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, or late entries. All submissions become the property of the Dodgers and will not be returned. The Dodgers will not acknowledge receipt of entries.

3. THE PRIZE: The "Prizes" specified in the Fan Appreciation Day Prize List, which is attached hereto as Attachment A and incorporated herein by this reference, shall be given away in a series of drawings to be conducted by the Dodgers during the Game. All Prize details shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Dodgers. No substitutions, including cash substitutions, of any Prizes will be allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Dodgers. The Dodgers reserve the right to substitute any Prize (or portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value and/or quality at their sole discretion. The Dodgers further reserve the right to add additional prizes. All Prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by the Dodgers. Each Prize is nontransferable and non-assignable. All federal, state, and local taxes apply. Each Prize winner shall be solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all taxes associated with his or her Prize. All costs and expenses associated with the Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including, but not limited to, lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities, and all other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize, are the sole responsibility of each individual winner. Exact game, event, and/or exhibition date, and seat or suite, as applicable, locations at such game, event, and/or exhibition, shall be determined by the Dodgers at their sole discretion unless stated otherwise. Each Prize winner's guests must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game, event, and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the MLB Entities (as defined below), and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the Prize will govern in the event a legal game, event, or exhibition, as defined by the MLB Entities, is not played or held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each Prize winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue, as applicable, regulations in connection with the Prize. The Dodgers and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any Prize winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game, event, or exhibition. The Indemnified Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event, or exhibition. Major League Baseball game, event, and exhibition tickets awarded as part of the Prize may not be resold or offered for resale or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game, event, or exhibition ticket(s).

4. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants in the Sweepstakes must be legal residents of the United States or its territories in order to enter the Sweepstakes. Employees of the Dodgers, and their affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising or promotion agencies, and any individuals engaged in the development, production, or distribution of Sweepstakes materials, and the immediate families and household members of any of the above, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

5. THE DRAWINGS: During the Game, the winning entries will be selected in a series of computerized random drawings conducted by the Dodgers from among all eligible entries received by the Dodgers by no later than the commencement of the first inning of the Game. Once a winning entry is drawn, it will not be returned to the pool of eligible entries for future drawings, if any. The holder of a winning entry will be deemed the winner of the Prize for the respective drawing. If a Prize is won by a minor, the Prize will be awarded in the name of the minor's parent or legal guardian, who shall be required to execute all required documents on behalf of the minor. Each winning entry will be announced by the Dodgers during the Game, and by any other means that the Dodgers, in their sole discretion, deem appropriate. The Dodgers shall not be responsible for a Prize winner's failure to receive the notice that his or her entry has been drawn. If a winner is ineligible to receive his or her Prize for any reason, such winner's Prize will be forfeited and another winning entry will be drawn by the Dodgers.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth in these official rules ("Rules") and any decisions made by the Dodgers, in accordance with or pursuant to these Rules, which decisions shall be final and legally binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Further, by participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to indemnify, release, forever discharge, and hold harmless, and covenant not to sue, the Dodgers, the other MLB Entities (as defined below), and each of their respective owners, stockholders, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, affiliated entities, successors, heirs, and assigns, and each and every person acting by, through, under or in concert with them, or any of them (hereinafter referred to as the "Indemnified Parties") of and from all manner of action or actions, cause or causes of action, at law or in equity, suits, claims, demands, damages, liability, lost cost or expense, of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, which the entrant may have or hereafter have against the Indemnified Parties by reason of any damages, loss, or injuries sustained by the entrant, whether to his or her person and/or property, as a result of or incident to the negligent acts or omissions of the Indemnified Parties in conducting the Sweepstakes and/or of the entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM" or "MLB.com"), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.

Each Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release at the time the Prize is awarded, or his or her Prize will be forfeited. By accepting a Prize, each winner agrees that the Dodgers shall have the right, where permitted by law, to use the winner's name, voice, and likeness, and any photographs, films, or recordings made of the winner, in any manner whatsoever, at the Dodgers' sole discretion, worldwide, in perpetuity, including, without limitation, for advertising or promotional purposes, without having to pay any compensation to the winner for any such use.

As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (1) under no circumstances will the entrant be entitled or permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than actual, out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (2) any and all disputes, claims, causes of action, and liability arising out of or connected in any way with this Sweepstakes and/or any Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association; and (3) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event shall attorney's fees be recoverable by either party.

7. WINNER'S LIST: A record of the winning entries and the odds of winning will be kept on file by the Dodgers for a period of one (1) year after the drawing.
