After more than 39 years of dutiful service and popcorn shenanigans, the Phillie Phanatic has become more than a mascot -- he's both a local institution and a national icon, beloved by sports fans far and wide.
Well, except for this one extremely adorable Phillies fan, that is. She came to Citizens Bank Park on Wednesday to watch her team take on the Rockies, and was very confused to discover this giant green furry guy standing in front of her:
