After hitting his first career grand slam, Yangervis Solarte received a hero's welcome from his family
Last week, in the midst of an eight-hit, perhaps-bandage-inspired day, Yangervis Solarte hit a game-winning grand slam to defeat the Indians in the first game of their doubleheader.
On Wednesday, the Blue Jays third baseman showed off the celebration his family put together. It came complete with banners, streamers and even his uniform number -- No. 26 -- inside of a heart. This is absolutely adorable:
