Watch free agent Ichiro show off his beautiful swing in the cage

Ichiro's swing is one of the wonders of the natural world. The kinetic chain of muscles and tendons linking lightning-quick wrists and arms, all while Ichiro's mind and body are already out of the box and on the way to first, is one of the most remarkable things in baseball. 
Currently a free agent in search of a team, Ichiro was back in the box taking his hacks. Because you don't get 3,080 big league hits without some serious dedication.
