Klay Thompson has now been spotted at baseball games in California wearing Giants, A's and Dodgers caps
The Golden State Warriors have to wait a few more days before Game 3 of their Western Conference Finals matchup with the Houston Rockets -- that won't tip off until Sunday.
In the meantime, guard Klay Thompson spent his Thursday evening at AT&T Park, in choice seats behind home plate to watch the Giants play the Rockies. Sitting next to Giants team president Larry Baer and friends, he had himself a fun time:

Those keeping tabs in the off-court activities of basketball players might have noticed that this is not Thompson's first visit to a baseball game, of course. But, it's worth pointing out that he's now appeared at ballgames in at least three different caps, supporting three separate baseball teams.
Context is always important, but it's especially important here -- rooting for three different teams can get somebody in hot water these days. Thompson's connection to the Giants is obvious, as the Warriors are the Bay Area's only NBA team, after all, and are moving to San Francisco in a few years.
Two season ago, Klay showed up at a Giants game ... sporting the cap of the rival Dodgers in support of his brother, who at the time played for Los Angeles. He also could have been supporting his coach, Steve Kerr, a longtime Dodgers fan.
And last season, Klay went over to the Oakland Coliseum to throw a ceremonial first pitch for the A's before their game with the Giants.
So, that's three California teams for Thompson so far -- the A's, the Giants and the Dodgers. For the sake of completing West Coast Bingo, here's hoping he lands at Petco Park or Angel Stadium sometime in the future.
That'd be neat.
