Ryan Zimmerman is first to notice new, giant, baseball-shaped raindrop

Baseball is almost always played under an open sky. This has its benefits, like beautiful views and cool breezes, but also its disadvantages, like flocks of hostile birds and the worst thing of all -- inclement weather. Sometimes it rains … and sometimes it rains baseballs.
In the top of the eighth inning of the Nationals' 7-2 victory over the Braves on Friday, Ryan Zimmerman was just minding his own business, fouling off a pitch, when he got hit with one heck of a raindrop:
